My husband and I stopped here for lunch and we loved it. The service we recieved was good, didn’t have to wait very long at all and our food was so tasty! I definitely recommend trying their brisket, you won’t be disappointed!

Before I complete this review, understand that I make a killer brisket so my standards are pretty high. Several of us from work ate here today. Portion size – unreal. Each entree will feed two adults. Pulled pork was very good with a good amount of bark. Potato salad, baked beans, and slaw were really good. The brisket had a great bark and flavor. It was, however, very dry. It is not in my nature to put sauce on brisket but it was a must today. When I ordered, I asked for the point specifically but they have me the flat.
The outdoor dining area needed some attention but due to the cold temps recently, I doubt there has been a lot of foot traffic out there. I’m sure we will be back – multiple times. Take my review with a grain of salt. I am a bit picky on brisket.

Outstanding Brisket Sandwich. Simple BBQ as it was intended to be. Friendly and quick service. Hand cut right in front of your eyes.. Well worth the detour off of the interstate.

Stopped on a road trip to Gatlinburg. Pulled pork was excellent and big portions too. Nice shaded area on the side to sit and eat. Friendly staff, can’t ask fro more!!

Food is good. Ribs were good but not fall off the bone soft. Coleslaw was hot….not fridge cold. Flavor wise it was delicious…but they could use a better set up. Their refrigerated case made so much noise I thought there was a motorcycle starting outside! But …food does have great taste…they just need to get their temps in order.

After years of my father passing by this place he finally decided to try it out, so Me and him visited this place for lunch today to try it out and I can say that trying it out was absolutely the right choice and we both thought why we didn’t try it out sooner.
We both got the brisket sandwich, and for the sandwich being $12.99 it was packed with so much meat that we both took home like half of our sandwich’s home. My father also got coleslaw and mustard potato salad and he said they were both very good.
And to top it all off the two men that were working and that helped us out were super kind and talked to us for a few minutes about the store.
I think I found my new spot to grab from every couple weeks, All in all I would highly recommend this BBQ place to anyone that’s curious about it and I’m gonna be telling my friends to try this place out.

The ribs are always on point and the owner and his employees are super nice. They have the best ribs in this area for sure. I can’t speak on the other meats because I just love ribs so much so I always get them but I’m sure everything else is good as well.

I visited in the evening for dinner. There were not many visitors in the restaurant. I ordered the brisket with potato salad and beans. I was not disappointed. The brisket was tender, juicy and had a pleasant smoky taste. I’ll be back.

Pork Sandwich is HUGE! TENDER, FLAVORFUL, good slaw and BBQ Sauce! Highly recommend. They offered me a taste of the Brisket and it was heavenly! I’ll get that next time. Nice LOCAL feel, great customer service.

Great little place on the highway. Good serving sizes. I ordered the BBQ Pork Sandwich Plate with double Tater Tots for my sides. The food was prepared quickly and came out hot. Everything was delicious. I would highly recommend this location!
