.This is real BBQ…ribs, pork, sausage, potato salad, baked beans, beans and rice, and even bread pudding,! The owner served us and was friendly as heck….The portions are huge…the variety is amazing, and the prices are super reasonable. There’s a small dine-in area, or you can take it home with you. Either way, you are sure to love it! We each tried a Two Meat Plate …It comes with your choice of meats, plus two sides and sauce….all for about $16! Definitely a bargain, plus there was plenty of leftovers to take home. Stop by and check out this local gem!

Don’t usually post reviews but felt like I had to on this spot… I got the shrimp po boy, fries, and potato salad. The po boy was delicious shrimp is well seasoned and good amount of food for the price ($20). I might ask for more shrimp next time. Fries were very good. The potato salad is good too. Baked potato salad as they call it with bacon good taste. Customer service was exceptional. Dont let this hole in the wall spot fool you and give it a try if your near UAH.

Great place to grab lunch or dinner. Awesome PoBoys. Had the wing special today and they were really good. No need for dipping sauce since they are well seasoned and smoked to perfection but the homemade ranch was a bonus. Juicy full of flavor. Fries were hot, fresh and crispy.
Locally owned and great people that make sure you’re taken care of. It would be great to see them take their business and have their own place. It would be a hit. Check them out. Highly recommend.

The food here is great. From crawfish, gumbo, jambalaya, étoufeé to open-faced roast beef po-boys, if you like cajun food, you won’t be disappointed.
I started to go 3* on the atmosphere because it is in a gas station, but actually that’s part of its charm. Top notch food in an unlikely setting.

The place is a joint gas station and restaurant. Very typical joint gas station, but very atypical restaurant: the food is better than you would ever expect to find there, and rivals some of the best food I’ve found in Huntsville! Their gumbo is delicious, the perfect amount of spicy, and has a great taste!

It’s really awesome food, in the back of a local gas station. It’s truly some of the best pulled pork and Jambalaya I’ve had, and I love both those things.

Ordered the shrimp poboy with gumbo and some bread pudding, I ate every bite even though I was full. The food was definitely worth every penny and I’ll be back for more in the near future. They were really friendly and had great customer service.

Had a meat and 3, and it was very good! I had smoked pork and gumbo, red beans and rice, and jambalaya. It was all good, and I would say the gumbo may have been my favorite. They also know how to make good smoked pork.. just a hint of smoke.. really good…. And they give you a ton of food! Don’t let the gas station location fool you.. and the bathroom and eating area are very clean. I will definitely come back and eat here again when in Huntsville.
