My husband and I eat at the Oswego, NY Taco Bell 2-3 times per week. Today I ordered through the drive thru. We always order the same thing: 1 cheesy double beef burrito with easy rice, 1 chips & cheese & 3 double stacked tacos. Today we added an order of 5 chicken nuggets (we’ve seen them advertised and wanted to try them)
Today, my burrito was not even close to correct. There were no fiesta strips, the rice was DOUBLE, Not easy and there was some kind of southwest sauce on it. It was not edible.
The double stacked tacos had no fiesta strips.
I was not provided nor did anyone ask
me if I needed sauce, got home, none in the bag.
And lastly, the nuggets were hard as a rock, discolored & absolutely stone cold 3 minutes after they were placed in the bag. Also inedible. Extremely disappointed.

Fast food that takes over a half an hour to get and the management doesn’t care because there struggles are apparently my own problem. Just a weak “were busy sorry” every time I come here it takes forever and they never want to actually let you order from the counter and suggest/force you to use the kiosk. Over 30 minutes stuck in the drive-thru line. I will not be back here or other locations, fast food isn’t worth this kind of wait.
Over 40 minutes now, finally got food and it warm at best. The cheesy Gordita crunch didnt even have the cheese melted the other food felt like it had been sitting out.

We get Taco Bell quite a bit, I’m not sure why other than the food hits…when you actually get it and it’s right. I would confidentially say, without exaggeration, the order is wrong or items are missing 7 out of 10 times, and I feel I’m being generous. If they would just take the extra few seconds to check orders it would be a 5 star, but consistently messing up has brought me here to a 1 star. We stopped ordering for a while at one point because half the order was missing 3 times in a row.

The Manager was so Helpful. Sometimes I have a hard time ordering at places due to a concussion from an auto accident. He was so Kind and very Helpful. The Employees were Phenomenal and I enjoyed talking to them …. The Tacos were delicious and Taco Bell has The Best Pepsi!!!! I will be a return customer.

40+ minutes in drive thru. Got trapped before I realized it was this slow. Edit: After nearly an hour, they got my order wrong (left out multiple items). Also…there’s like 5+ people working in there, that’s wild. I was expecting 1-2 people max. Wow, new management needed.
