I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lamp Cuisine in College Park, Georgia, and I must say, it was an incredible experience that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I entered, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home, and the friendly smiles from the staff set the perfect tone for the afternoon.
The menu features a fantastic selection of authentic African dishes that truly celebrate the rich and diverse culinary heritage of the continent. Each dish is crafted with care, showcasing bold flavors and unique ingredients that left a lasting impression on my palate. I enjoyed the opportunity to try a variety of items, and I was genuinely amazed by the depth of taste in every bite.
What really stood out during my visit was the exceptional service. The staff members were not only attentive but also took the time to share their knowledge and passion for the food being served. It was heartwarming to see how much they care about providing a memorable dining experience for their guests.
To top off my meal, I indulged in one of their delightful desserts, which was the perfect sweet note to conclude the afternoon. It’s clear that Lamp Cuisine is more than just a restaurant; it’s a place where culture and community come together, offering an unforgettable culinary journey.
I wholeheartedly recommend Lamp Cuisine to anyone looking to explore vibrant flavors and enjoy a warm, welcoming dining atmosphere. I can’t wait to return and discover more of their incredible offerings!

Absolutely beyond 5 Stars ⭐️ the food is soooo Delicious mouth watering delicious I had the whole fish with Jollof rice and I love it. I’ve eaten it a lot in Minnesota, but this is my first time eating it in Atlanta and I am very satisfied and forever a customer

Great portion sizes. I tried their bouye and mafe, both of which were delicious-I can’t wait to order these again. The yassa chicken was also good.

A coworker recommended this restaurant because I told her I wanted some peanut butter stew. This spot did not disappoint at all. The stew with the jaloff rice was amazing. The portions were an enough for to have left overs. The decor is bright and cheerful.

The food was flavorful, but the service left much to be desired. The young woman at the counter didn’t acknowledge me at all, yet when a man from her own country arrived, she skipped over me to take his order first. It seems that if you’re not an African immigrant, you shouldn’t expect attentive service. In any case, the lack of cleanliness in the establishment was also disappointing. Avoid this place!!!

Great food!!! This is one of the restaurants that remind me of how proud I was born in Senegal. It’s the place I go to taste Authentic Senegalese food from my home country and I love the juices and little appetizers. They even make great American foods. Just love it…

Love the their food but the girl at the register need to change her face and her tone a little bit see doesn’t sound nice at all. She will make you lose your appetite for no reason her customer service isn’t good at all.

The food was so good I had to write a review lol. The food here is amazing. I ordered my food off of Uber eats today and it was a random buy. I didn’t have any hope that it would taste as good as it did. This is authentic Senegalese food. No corners were cut and the quality of the food and flavor is amazing. Also the portion is definitely worth the money. This is the first Senegalese restaurant that I’ve found that serves food that tastes like what I’ve eaten at home with my siblings. It is not Americanized at all which makes it even better. If you’re American and want to taste authentic Senegalese food come here and if you’re Senegalese, just know this is a gem. The coconut in the beignets is amazing. The ThiebouDieune is the rice and fish and it is also really good. Fataya is like a Senegalese empanada but better is also seasoned well and really good. I’ll definitely be ordering more food and I’m happy to know that the quality of the food is just as good when ordering takeout.
