We ordered online and didn’t receive the party size salad with our order. When we called to tell them we didn’t get it we were told they use DoorDash and they couldn’t send another one because they would have to tip again. After we tipped them on our order (and they aren’t even the ones delivering it). So our options were to come pick the salad up ourselves or get a store credit. They wouldn’t even refund us.

Do not order delivery from here. They don’t use a true delivery driver and rely on DoorDash. The cheese pizza arrived completely misshapen with cheese stuck to the box and an item was forgotten from our order. No reasonable solutions were offered when the store was contacted to resolve the issue. Needless to say, won’t be ordering from here again.

I ordered 2 medium Pizzas to be delivered to NKU’s campus. The pizza never arrived as this store only gives it to door dash drivers. Said Driver stole it. I called asking for my food to be delivered only to be told that they don’t do that. I was treated rudely by the manager when I asked for a refund or for a new delivery. Do not order from.

Although was placed thru uber eats, so I wasn’t able to modify my order thru app. I immediately called store to tell them my modifications. First call, I spoke to a store associate whom I told my issue she then said she was going to reroute me to front to have them modify my order. Rang twice they picked up but then hung up. And upon calling back was continuously ignored. First time customer whom won’t be back. Being that I am from out of state and had never heard of them, had such high hopes for this establishment, people matter, service matter, when we don’t receive quality service it puts a distaste in ur mouth making the food not appealing in the least. Word of advice, slow down and just pay attention to ur customers, they r the ones paying ur salary when u think about it, we dont come back, eventually jobs are lost. One does affect the other. Hope this review is taken into thought and learned from and not just tossed aside….
