I needed a reliable and impressive spot to take a couple of clients for lunch, and Rosa’s BBQ exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly.
The food was exceptional. I ordered the ribs with rice and pasta salad, and you could tell everything was made fresh. The ribs were tender and flavorful—exactly what you hope for from a great BBQ joint. It wasn’t just good; it was high-quality, well-prepared food all around.
What stood out just as much as the meal was the staff. Every person we interacted with was genuinely kind and attentive. Their warm hospitality made for a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere, which was perfect for a business lunch and left a great impression on my clients.

I found this gem after a little Google search for delicious BBQ on our road trip today and it did not disappoint! I haven’t had latin style BBQ in some time and this was the best I’ve ever tried. We loved it so much, we even ordered extra for when we get to our cabin so it can be enjoyed again. The pork chop was amazing, the salmon is so tender and all the sides makes you excited for your next fork full of tasty food! This is a must try location! Food, staff and service was 10 out of 10! It takes about 20 min to put it all together, so we popped into the botanical coffee house next door while we waited and walked out with some delicious lattes and cold brew that rivals some of the best coffee shops we have tried on our travels. Can’t wait to stop by on another trip north ❤️

This is a delicious little discovery! I ordered the chicken empanadas to start. Crispy in the outside and full of flavor on the inside. These were delicious. For my meal I had half a chicken, Puerto Rican rice and red beans. The chicken was tender and delicious. The rice was amazing and the beans were sooo flavorful. It was more than I could eat so I brought half of it home. It’ll make a second meal. It was that much food. And not for too much money. The staff was extremely helpful as this was my first time. I chose chicken and let the gentleman at the counter pick my sides. He did a good job too! I’ll definitely be back and absolutely recommend.

We got the hibiscus tea and the pineapple juice and they were both very fresh and delicious! The chicken breast plate with yucca fries and yellow rice was so good- I kept saying “Mmmm” with every bite! But, our favorite part was the empanada appetizer. They were crispy on the outside and the filling so, so good- the best I’ve had in a very long time. We will be back for sure!!

Good and staff were great, small seating area but it is adequate. Little hard to find some there are at the end of a strip mall , next to a bar. It is worth finding.

I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food, excellent service, and a charming, family-run restaurant. My son and I stopped in for lunch over the weekend and ordered a few dishes to share. We started with an order of empanadas, one beef and one chicken. They came out hot and tasted exactly as I had hoped. For our main dish, we went with the garlic shrimp plate, which came with two sides. We chose black beans and arroz con gandules (Puerto Rican rice). My son isn’t a big fan of beans, but he said these were amazing, and I’d agree. The shrimp was served in a deliciously spicy sauce, and the rice paired perfectly with it. Overall, this place is a tiny hidden gem that I hope more people try. They offer something special, and it’s definitely worth a visit.

I’ve been meaning to give this place a 20 star sooner! I drive all the way from Greer 45 minutes to come here! This place is worthy to be shared on Greenville foodies. They need to start a franchise their food is out of this world!! They are always super kind when I come! I’m from New Jersey and this place is one of the best in South Carolina!!!
