If I could’ve given no stars I would. Super appalling, my food had a long hair. And the vegetable salad rolls didn’t even have veggies. And when I called to ask for refund or something to be replaced I got the cold turkey where they said “no we don’t do that, you eat or not. Not our responsibility” digusting behaviour please never eat here!!

This place used to be so good. Went to dine in tonight . Place was half full . Got our appetizers in 15 minutes. The shrimp and spring rolls were good . Ordered our main dishes .. place got busy .. waited 50 minutes as I watched 8 Skip orders and takeout orders go by . Asked for our food to go .. overall waited about an hour . Got home.after a 5 minute drive. Food was ice cold . the food was overall ok.. not great . The portions were very small for what you pay. $18.50 for Lemongrass Chicken that would probably not feed 2 people . Never again will I eat here

Every time I come here, they remember me and that speaks volumes about how much they value their returning customers. This is hands down the best pho I’ve had in Spruce Grove and surrounding areas. The staff and the owner are always so warm, friendly, and welcoming. You truly feel at home every time you visit. Highly recommend!

I recently made a phone call to order pickup. I’ve been once before and wanted to order the same thing. When asked a bunch of additional questions to which I did not know the answer and asking the worker that answered the phone to repeat themselves because I was not able to understand them, they proceeded to hang up on me. Not to mention when I did go in to eat the service was not good and it was very slow. We waited over 20mins after finishing eating to pay, and even then my partner had to go up and track someone down to do so.
Safe to say I will not be wasting my time trying to order from here again and that’s unfortunate because the food was alright.

I was really disappointed in the food. We ordered takeout and it was supposed to be 20 minutes. It wasn’t! We kept waiting and by the time we got the order the food was cold. Not sure if they lost it in the back or something but it shouldn’t come from the kitchen cold. The portion sizes were shockingly small. I am not sure if there is new management but this place has gone down hill dramatically. It used to be really good food and great service. Save your money and find a different place for take-out.

I love this Vietnamese restaurant! Everything is made to perfection! I got the steak pho and my husband got the chicken vermicelli noodle bowl. The broth is really good and has a hint of sweetness to it. The vermicelli bowl is probably the best one I’ve ever had and the green onion cake is so good I crave them at least 2 times a week lol. Definitely recommend!

For the last few weeks or so, whenever I call to order for pickup which ive done MANY times in the past, they answer the call, and I can hear the restaurant and talking, but no one talks to me or acknowledges anything and im sitting there for a while saying hello until I give up or order food from somewhere else… I gave them time to fix their phone problems, but I guess I wont be ordering from them anymore…. they used to be great call before, minus the serving portion problems being about half of what it should be… I dont get it and its honestly incredibly frustrating at this point. I will be taking my business elsewhere…
