We were traveling through Macon on our way home from vacation and chose to eat at Pizza Hut as we no longer have this pizza option where we live. When we arrived there was someone parked on the Handicap Ramp. We went inside and asked the manager and another worker if they would help us find the person who is parked in that spot and both of them said we are not sure who it is and walked back to the kitchen. My mom amd I walked around and asked people if they were parked on the wrap and no one responded. As we were unable to locate the vehicle owner we had to leave and find a different place to dine at as my dad is in a wheelchair. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Not sure if it was the fact that I hadn’t had Pizza Hut pizza in a long time, or if it was just a one-off but here was my experience. We ordered in the app for me to pick up on my way through. I requested a thin crust pizza. It was not the same as what I remembered. The pizza slice was floppy, and didnt have the crispness to it like what I remember of Pizza Hut’s thin crust. It was also very bland and didny have as much taste as I remember. It did have all of the right components, just the pizza was different. I wish I had taken pictures to show what I mean. I did eat it, and it was just fine, it just wasnt the PH quality I remembered.

Every time I order from the Pizza Hut in Macon I get home to see my wings never actually have sauce on them just on the bowl and when I order a pizza it’s usually not what I ordered. Don’t see the point in wasting money in wings when this is what you get.

Ordered a pizza box for delivery
1 pepperoni lovers light sauce
1 order cheese sticks
1 cinnamon sticks
Took 40 minutes to get here which is really no big deal and I feel like it normal time if they are busy.
Guys drops off the pizza. I go inside start checking the food. There is no sauce for the cheese sticks. I call and ask them if anyone is coming back out again tonight if someone can drop off the sauce (it about 10 minutes before they close) after I get the lady to understand what I’m trying to tell her she says someone wills drop it off when they close. Fine
So I decide to eat pizza while I wait. Well my light sauce pizza is basically just a pizza with no sauce around the outter part and all the sauce globes in inedible parts in the middle. Oh and a hint of cinnamon taste too. Gross.
Sauce finally makes it here for the cheese sticks so I try the bow basically cold cheese sticks and someone tell me why they taste like pure cinnamon? So either they are just using the same dirty pans they use for cinnamon sticks without washing or someone isn’t changing their gloves ( not the first time this has happened)
Basically nothing was edible. This place is never consistent with there food.

Food is really great fresh! Service was great! Barbie seemed to be the only waitress but she did great keeping up with everyone. We usually get take out and didn’t realize how much of a difference it would make to eat it in store. Really enjoyed the cheesy bacon sticks appetizer. My son really wanted Pizza Hut for his birthday and he was not disappointed.

Kind and friendly service. I used to work at Pizza Hut and I avoid eat there because most people don’t make it right. THIS LOCATION food was absolutely delicious! Dough was fresh, right amount of ingredients and plenty of sauce on my wings. Female at the counter offered plates and napkins Amazing!

Love love love Pizza Hut, my Boss and I eat there for lunch (take out) and the food is always hot and fresh, and we always find a great deal, so it doesn’t empty our pockets! Staff at the drive thru are polite and helpful! I recommend the Big box, 1 med pizza, cinnamon sticks, and cheese sticks under $20.00!!!

One person sat us down another took our order someone else brought the order sat it down and walked off not saying 1 word. The pizza was made with chicken when we ordered beef. No one checked onus to see how we were doing but they did walk by 5 or 6 times and seen a large pile of chicken on the table as we were both pulling it off the pizza. Not 1 time did they ask if we were ok. We waited for 15 minutes and finally went to the register where I waited yet again. Then when someone showed up she rudely ask where I was sitting. Not 1 time asking how it was. I had to tell her that was NOT the pizza I ordered and her response was of sorry and proceeded to check me out. I will NEVER do business here again. Very poor customer service.

Ordered 2 to go orders. One large dinner box and the other order a free pizza. Estimated wait time was 15 minutes. Started on my way to go pick it up, get in the drive thru and get told, “they are cutting your pizza now”. Then they tell us to pull around to the front. We wait outside for another 15 minutes while we wait for them to bring it out. So I decided to go inside. “Your pizza is coming out now”
So we went from a 15 minute cook time to almost an hour. Meanwhile every other person is getting pizza and drinks that came after us. The lady in the back cutting the pizza was throwing stuff around and being a c-word to all the workers and customers. Ended up waiting 30 minutes at the store for them to “cut the pizza”. Definitely not going back. Worse service at a fast food pizza place ever.

Thin crust meat lovers pizza was very good! We drank water. Server never returned to our table after delivering the pizza. We could have used a water refill, but the 2 servers were sitting wrapping silverware the entire time. I had to go to the cash register to get a box for the leftover pizza. Only then did our server get up. I tipped accordingly.
