Great bar for drinks, entertainment and food. Service was fantastic and impressive given only 2 staff for the room. Drinks are strong and prices reasonable. Definitely coming back!! We had the tuna nachos which were enormous and really good. Also had fish and brisket tacos, not because we needed them but because we ordered before we saw how gargantuan the nachos were. Fish tacos great, brisket was dry – mentioned and waitress immediately took off our bill. Wow, when does that happen at a busy bar?

As a live music venue, this is a great place. Good set up for music, dancing, and dining. The food itself is average. Pulled Pork sandwich is hearty and flavorful, fries are nothing special. The grilled chicken is a decent sandwich, although the chicken was overcooked and dry. If not over cooked it would be an average sandwich. Overall, this is a decent place to have a bite while enjoying live music. I’d eat elsewhere if looking for a dinner to wow you, but would not hesitate to eat here later in the evening while enjoying live music.

Gerstle’s has a great atmosphere with welcoming staff. The Bar offers a walk up exterior bar, interior bar, outside (dog friendly), and inside seating. The drinks were good and the food was great. Pictured are the fried pickles, kids cheeseburger, and fish & chips.

Food was horrendous, the French fries tasted like fish and were greasy, when I told the girl who served us she said sorry but did absolutely nothing for me except explain the the fish and fries were fried in the same fryer….place is horrible, I expected better, you know it’s bad when I don’t leave a tip. I will never go there again but tourism will keep them in business I suppose.

Gerstle’s has been our favorite go-to restaurant/bar since they have opened. They have live music almost every night with the exception of Trivia Tuesdays (which is super fun). The happy hour is great! It runs from 11am to 7pm everyday and every beer (and seltzer) they have is $3.00 for 16 oz. Anything from a delicious craft IPA to your regular light beers. You can’t beat it! The food is fantastic! Our favorites are the Turkey Club, grouper sandwich, grouper tacos, shrimp tacos, calamari and fried pickles. I personally think the grouper sandwich is the best on the beach. More than all of that, it’s just a great place to hang out. The entire team of bartenders- Jasmine, Jaclyn, Al, Brooke, Scott, Phil and Danielle are fantastic. Mike the manager has to be one of the nicest people you will meet. Even the kitchen staff greet you with a smile and make it a point to make you feel welcome. The restaurant itself is quite large and is great for larger parties, and the bar has plenty of seating inside and outside. Put it on your list of places to visit when you come to CWB, just make sure you leave two seats open for us

We found this place by accident and will definitely be back! House made smoked meats as the cornerstone for delicious meals. Cold beers on tap. Happy hours and live music. What a great place!

Delicious drinks and good bartenders. Had the “World Famous” Hogfish sandwich which was good. Food came out really hot and quickly. Beautiful views and was a good time.

I’m not sure if it was due to the recent hurricane, but the outdoor tables were in poor condition. The coffee was disappointing—cold and lacked flavor. While the food portions were generous, the quality didn’t stand out.

No military discount (which would be added to the tip). Must be ok with learning to do business in Persian or Russian. Manager seemed friendly on a walk by. Servers took time from hanging with bar friends to check on us on occasion. Food was good, but pricey. If you’re sensitive to spice, be sure to ask about EVERYTHING you’ve ordered…even the mac and cheese was spicey! Everything is blackened…waitress never asked if we wanted grilled or blackened. After $100 bill, the only thing I could eat was the rice…which burned going down after the first few bites of anything else.
