We sat on the covered patio and had a lovely lunch. The fish and chips has a slight Cajun hint to it and was honestly the nicest fish and chips I’ve had. Slight Rosemary flavor in the fries. The strawberry salad was very good, but the chicken was just a little tough. Overall definitely recommended!

They have done a wonderful job with the interior, the layout provides easy access to all dining areas and the bar makes it more comfortable for people dining alone to do so. The wait staff was friendly and efficient, bathroom was clean as was the rest of the establishment.
The venue outside on the premises is what I like the best. The stage on the walking trails is amazing, we say Shakespeare in the Park there in 2023 and I was impressed with how the space was used for the props and performance. Lewistown definitely needed something like this. The community being able to gather for events is important. The kids play area is very cool, I love taking my daughters there while out on a walk.

We came here based on other reviews. Nice restaurant with great soups! Tonight’s soup is bacon cheeseburger. That sounds interesting! We tried it and it was so good and thick, creamy and seasoned just right! I’m going to try to make it at home now! It was that tasty!
We shared the huckleberry bbq brisket burger with tots. The burger was cooked medium as we requested. It was juicy with a lot of flavor. We did order the toffee pudding cake. It was unique and not offered at other places. A very rich dessert with a distinct molasses flavor with caramel. I don’t think a kid would like it. It could be shared between 3 and 4 people after eating a meal. Of course prices of items will change..especially these days.
You can use my receipt as a reference to see how fast and by how much based on current economic conditions. ;/ Cheers!

This place is absolutely awesome! Some of the best food I’ve had in a while. Good prices, and probably the most reliable spot in Lewistown! I ended up going there twice it was so wonderful. We had the bacon artichoke dip, huckleberry short-rib burger, and the walleye fish and chips. The artichoke dip was the best artichoke dip we’ve ever had. The short ribs on the burger brought a rich flavor that paired so well with the sweet huckleberry barbecue. The fried walleye was AMAZING and cooked perfectly , and rivals fish and chips near the coast. The second time we got the fried pickles, fried chicken sandwich, and the black and blue steak salad. The fried pickles like the artichoke dip were the best we’ve ever had! The fried chicken sandwich was very nice it was rich and flavorful. The steak salad was great, very fresh flavors and wonderful blue cheese and honey balsamic dressing. The fries were perfect and Kelly was a great waitress. The service was timely and all the food came out warm. On a very strict scale 9/10 I would highly recommend going here if you live in or stay in Lewistown.

This is the best place in Lewistown for lunch and dinner. The buffalo wings were definitely my favorite. They had daily soups and specials. Great place to watch football games on Sunday with some good beers on tap. Kelly behind the bar was extremely friendly and helpful with great services!

Long wait for service, not really that busy.
Beer was OK, good selection of local brews. Proper pint glasses would be nice, charge a bit more and fewer refills.
Really wanted a steak.
Sad.
Salad was small and wilted, sirloin steak looke good and was cooked well but (mine) was poor quality. 1/4 of it was inedible gristle, server didn’t really seem to care.
Small side of over-cooked veggies.
Went elsewhere and had a digestif and desert.
Could be a great place, but since there is no competition in town, they don’t seem like they’re trying.

I love Central Feed Grilling!! The ambiance is terrific, it’s clean open and airy, the staff are so kind and go out of their way to accommodate my food allergy, and their food is delicious! We stop through going from back and forth from western to eastern Montana and it’s one of my favorite places in the state. The BBQ short rib nachos are the best!! And if you split them with a blooming tomato and quinoa salad it’s even healthier .

I was so excited to try the Huckleberry bbq burger with brisket but unfortunately was disappointed. The burger was not made to order and was barely drizzled with the bbq sauce. It took me about twenty minutes to get the waitress’ attention to ask for more bbq sauce and then was charged for it without notice. Even with the additional sauce, I didn’t eat the bun because the meat was so dry, the bun made it worse. The food looks delicious but I would never order a burger from this place again.
