We ordered about 5 pizzas and a bread for my brothers birthday party and we put it for delivery. I was at work and my mom had 8 kids at our house that she had to watch so she could not get the pizza. When they delivered it they hired a door dasher and he only came with 3 pizzas so we called the store and the lady said she would get the manager since it was a DoorDash order even tho they hired the dasher and we ordered through the app. The manager came in and my mom said we didn’t order through DoorDash to which he said he knew that and asked what we had and what we needed. The dasher was a kind man and went back to get the rest of our food which was the 2 pizzas (one cheese one pepperoni) and the bread. The bread was cold and looked like crap and they were both pepperoni and we didn’t get the cheese we were missing. If you have a big order this is not the place to order from because they cannot get their orders out correctly.

Went to pick up our pizzas at 6:05pm. We discovered one of our pizzas were wrong. No problem, we’ll wait 10 minutes for the right one to be prepared. 25 minutes later we still have no pizza and the “manager ” is glancing at us waiting while he is on the front computer. My wife went to ask where the pizza was and it had been sitting there on the ready rack for at least 10 minutes. Ownership should be placed on the manager. Work on that customer service.

I ordered here yesterday a curbside order. When I got there I waited 17 minutes. Finally I went inside. They said they never received the notification that I sent 2 times. In a note I complained that they always forget the sealed cups of garlic butter sauce. I did receive them this time. The box was saturated. I can only guess this was garlic butter their response to my complaint. Do not go here. You won’t get what you pay for. Curbside? Never had a problem before. So not happy. The chicken club sub was nothing great. Usually it is.

Currently employed by some of the dumbest people. I ordered a medium gluten-free crust with pepperoni & banana peppers. The jackass making pizzas, wearing Oaklee sunglasses, at 8pm, obviously couldn’t read the toppings and made it cheese only. Then his coworker was bright enough to put the toppings in a container to get “warmed up” then slapped on top of the pizza. And they said it would be a 20 minute wait till the pizza was ready for pick up and I had to wait another 20 mins after I arrived

Had two bad experiences decided to give it one last try. Service is terrible. They don’t update the app. Say it’s out for delivery when it’s not. Then it comes like an hour and a half later. This place was good until recently. I work near this one and that’s why I picked this one cause it was the only Marcos that would deliver to my job. Food is always cold by time it gets here. When I call for clarification the staff acts like they have no clue what’s going on. Very unorganized and disappointing.

Greasiest pizza I have ever eaten. There were literally pools of grease at the bottom of the box and the crust was soaked with grease, and just random mounds of pepperoni that just made the pizza hard to eat. We had to throw away more than half of the pizza because it was inedible. Tried to reach out to the customer service over a week ago, and filed out some survey and have not even heard feedback. I live down the street so this was my go-to pizza place, but never again.
