Come on jack yall got to do better. These burgers just look plain sad super false advertising. Your menu shows big plump burgers and what you really get is sad tiny flat burgers nothing like the picture just sad.

I just ordered a Oreo shake from here, the hospitality is not at all acceptable. The lady who was at the drive through counter up is showing some kind arrogant behaviour.

First off, I want to start by saying this is my first experience with Jack in the Box. I saw a lot of bad reviews for this place, so I was very hesitant to come here.
I’m only able to rate this place 4 out of 5 because the man that took our order acted like he hated his job and they missed the sauces requested. Besides that, everything was good!
We ordered 3 burgers, and 2 extra sides of fries. Everything in our order was correct. All of our food was hot and we were through the drive through very quickly. All in all, about 15 minutes or less.
The quality of the food was very good, no complaints about anything. It was all made correctly and exactly as ordered. The drinks were correct and they gave us no hassle with the order.
At the end of the day, it was good! I would come here again to order, and im proud to say that. For them being open 24 hours, Im sure the staff changes, but overall a good experience!

Here is another example of separate incidents. On Christmas Eve Eve the lady working and her 10 yr old son was closing the store of which we didn’t know was closing early ignored us totally at the drive through as we just wanted the sauces that were left out if the order for our food. So her kid came to the window and she told him to just ignore us instead of stating to myself and the long line behind us with a sign or personal responsibility as a manger to that they were closed so I had to go to CVS and pay 5.99 holiday prices for sauces. I’m not mentioning a child had no business at her job behind the counters carrying buckets of ice and wiping down the dining room tables, sound like a awesome thing for a kid but what if someone was crazy and went total mayhem over simply wanting sauces and being purposely ignored and her chill was put in harms way. This is why the laws we have regulate these types of things. On a normal note the night time guy is not for competition he gets the job done and works with 100% courtesy and professional skill and is the reason I continue to come to the location.

My chicken sandwich came with mold on the bread. I’ve never had this happen to me at ANY ESTABLISHMENT I have EVER ate at. I’m absolutely repulsed.
Naively, I tried to call their restaurant number to handle this less publically, and it goes to a voicemail that isnt set up.
What a disgusting, unfunny joke.

Lady said bye kinda rudely after she handed me the last bag & walked off. Then when I got home one of the sandwiches I ordered wasn’t in the bag but she didn’t give me a receipt so I can’t go back & complain about it.

Food is good, I requested the senior lady to wear gloves while delivering the food through the window. It’s scary to eat after seeing the allergies on her hand and eat the same or give to my kids.she never wears gloves while delivering, probably management needs to tell her to wear gloves and a hat .

Rudy’s is always good I went early Christmas Eve morning and got to order and I came back two more times to help needy families I even told them that they didn’t even throw in a bottle of barbecue sauce or nothing I spent like $900 there to help two families plus about 260 of it was for my family but anyways I told him I was helping a couple families I came back a few times They didn’t offer to help anything but their food’s good they’re always services good
