My wife ordered two pizzas.
One papas favorite . one thin crust pizza with sausage and onions , extra cheese.
We got her pizza with extra sauce.
Unfortunately she has acid reflux. Which she takes medication for , she would never order extra sauce.
We know that retail can get busy , but taking a good order right is very important.
Not sure we will be back.

HORRIBLE food!!! Ordered a calzone no sauce, chicken, extra cheese
–both cheeses– tomatoes and mixed onions. In the pics you can see it’s only as thick as the chicken inside (thinner in some spots), maybe 2 tablespoons of onions and tomatoes together. If you look at my pictures you can see how thin it is. I’ve had this exact calzone from the St Cloud store and it was twice the size!

The poor girl working, she was so tired and just killin it. Lol she was very sweet . I asked her if its been busy and she said yes! All day. And i had to come in early to cover someone and stay late to cover someone.. lol. She deserves a raise… the food was delicious as well.

Went there for new years eve to get pizzas and the lady who took our order was unbelievably slow! She didnt understand a word I was saying and took almost 10 mins just to ring up my order. And I proceed to tell her no mushrooms on my stuffed big Murphy at least 6 times it even shows on the receipt no mushrooms I’m extremely allergic to them. Just to find out it is loaded with mushrooms! Thank God my wife noticed right away. This is extremely disappointing considering how well they did on Halloween.

Love the BOGO special, just wish it was available more often. The pizzas were so big and absolutely delicious. Lots of fresh toppings and 1 pizza was enough to feed 5 people comfortably.

This place has gone down hill, what i assume was the manager was extremely rude when I asked for a custom cheese wheel. I know this business can still make them… ive had them made in the past few months. He looked at me like I was stupid. The other employee looked scared to be there. A place my family has come to every year has become a place we won’t even consider.

Being the first in the store I was told they had to finish our pickup order. 4 more customers showed up after me. 2 ordered in store and 2 were pregnant ordered. They started one order that was in store (pizza) and pulled a blank salad from the fridge and started it for one of the others after she showed up. My 2nd pizza was sitting on the counter the whole time just waiting to be wrapped. As someone who has worked in the Infustry the 3 people working should of had no issues finishing any of the orders for the amount of time I waited, especially with it already half done.
