not the greatest. it was ok but not good. burger was pretty sloppy and the taste was nothing like the good ol days. strawberry lemonade was mediocre and the cheese fries were ok. restrooms were pretty filthy and the water runs cold only.

I came back from Japan for seeing family here – I had tried many other burgers and this place just perfect for original burgers soo good and interiors are so cute like American dinar oldies . We visited Johnny Rockets as a party of five and were seated right away, which was a great start.
Our waitress was attentive throughout the meal. One small thing—my daughter’s friend wasn’t hungry, but the waitress kept asking if she wanted something, almost like she thought we were denying her food. It wasn’t a big deal, but it did feel a little awkward.
There was a small mistake with our drinks, but it was handled quickly and without any fuss.
I ordered the Smokehouse Double, while the rest of my family went with chicken dishes. Everything we had was tasty, cooked well, and served promptly.
The prices were also very fair for the quality and portion sizes, which made the experience even better.
Overall: Good food, friendly service, and solid value. We left satisfied and would gladly come back again.

The food is good! The chili fries are really, really amazing. Our server was this amazing Latina woman who is both attentive and beautiful. Atmosphere is not the best, nor the worst. It is just a typical seat down diner ambiance.

Ordered there bacon burger through door dash! Was disappointed cause it was cold after microwaving it which usually deteriorates the quality! However it didn’t and I was surprised! Even after heating it up probably the best burger I had! The taste was right on even after throwing it in the microwave! I’m definitely coming in for a nice fresh one where I don’t have to heat it up !

Food was fantastic. Really fresh and hands down the juiciest burger I’ve had on a long time. The cook did forget a few of our order requests but the waiter caught it before they got to us. If you sit at the bar you can watch them make everything which is pretty cool!

We came in here on Christmas Eve last week to an understaffed restaurant at a very busy time. However, our server was absolutely AMAZING, worked so hard to meet everyone’s needs, and was so kind the entire time. I can’t remember his name, but he was either one of two servers or the ONLY server working at about 1:30. I hope he gets the recognition he’s deserves!!

Johnny Rockets is so great! I love the location at City Creek Center too. My friend and I were greeted promptly, given the menu, and within moments came and gave us some water, while we browsed the menu. I ordered the delicious Route 66 Burger, and a classic Vanilla Shake. The place is a buzz for the social and trendy crowds, prices are decent for what you pay for, and the whole place was clean, and they even had their juke box rocking the oldies through all the social and happy chatter. Great customer service, highly recommend everyone to eat here
