This place is the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. The service sucks the staff is “friendly” but that’s about it I quite frankly think I could get better service from a box of rocks. This is not the first bad experience. Safe to say I will be driving to the one by 5 minute oil. They’ve never made me wait as long as I have to tonight.

To Whom It May Concern at Taco Bell,

As a self-proclaimed Taco Bell connoisseur, I’ve held your establishment in the highest regard. My wife and I are dedicated patrons—we’ve spent upwards of $50 on a single visit and enjoyed every bite. Your food has been a staple in our lives, a reliable source of comfort and flavor. But let me tell you, the last couple of visits to your location have been nothing short of a culinary catastrophe.

On the night of January 23rd, at approximately 11:00 PM, we visited your drive-thru. Our order totaled $60, which we gladly paid because we were ready to indulge in the Taco Bell experience we’ve come to love. However, what we received left much to be desired—both in food quality and service.

Let me lay it out for you, bite by bite. The new Steak Cheesy Wrap Burritos? Bellissimo! Absolutely perfect. But that’s where the goodness ended. We ordered four Cheesy Gordita Crunches, two of them supreme, and instead received regular ones. Worse, we were charged for five, not four. The quesadilla? It was as if someone whispered “steak” over the cheese. Three lonely pieces of steak? That’s insulting. And the garlic fries—don’t even get me started. We asked for extra sauce, and guess what? Nada.

When we returned the incorrectly made items, what we got in return was no better. The Gordita Crunches we received were practically a crime against Mexican-inspired cuisine. Look at the photos I’ve attached—what am I supposed to do with that? I paid $60 for this mess. SIXTY DOLLARS!

Here’s the real kicker: your employees didn’t seem to care. Their lackadaisical attitudes and absence of pride in their work showed in every aspect of our visit, from the service to the food. Where’s the passion? Where’s the pride? Your staff is wrapping tacos like they’ve got somewhere better to be.

Taco Bell, you’re breaking my heart here. Who’s going to keep spending $60 to $100 on food when there’s no quality, no care, and no accountability? At this rate, I might as well take my money to a real restaurant where the service is stellar, and the food is worthy of the price.

You need to step up your game. Take some notes from “Off the Hook” or any establishment that takes pride in its offerings. Because right now, you’re delivering disappointment wrapped in a tortilla.

From one loyal customer to what’s starting to feel like a sinking Bell—get it together.

P.S. You’ve got the makings of greatness. Don’t let these taco tragedies ruin it.

My brother, Girlfriend, and I decided to come into taco bell at 10:51 and tried to hurry up and order because we knew the lobby closes soon. As we are ordering we saw a friend in the drive thru window and a blonde female worker comes up tells us, “oh Nuh huh y’all can’t order inside the lobby closes at 11, y’all gotta go through the drive through!” With the most rude tone and as well as us trying to finish ordering.

Went though the drive thru and ordered for my family of four. SIX soft tacos and some had less than a teaspoon of meat and they all had NO cheese on them. The person fixing the food as well as the shift manager on 7/10 at 7pm either need to be retrained or FIRED. I don’t appreciate spending my hard earned money for an imbecile to rip me off. Stay away from this place if at all possible. We will never go to this hole again!!!

Total incompetence and inability to follow directions. Why allow customization if you don’t make it as ordered? This location is horrible with incorrect orders. Management needs some serious quality control in the kitchen to check orders.

We went for dinner, and I was mildly disappointed. I have a very picky house, and we spent a pretty penny just to find over half our order was made wrong. I’m only disappointed because we went around 5 ish, and the lot was pretty empty. Usually they are pretty busy, I do love the staff. Most are super friendly and get it out quickly, even when busy. This trip just wasn’t that great compared to what we are used to from this store. Normally this store is one of the best, today it just wasn’t.

It is what it is…Taco Bell! Food is not as good as The Flight, in Memphis, but it is a whole lot cheaper…lol. Value to taste ratio is in the top 5.

I ordered a spicy chicken taco to try for the first time, and this is sadly what i got. I’ve never seen something so bad. People pay their hard earned money for this..? not only did they mix up my entire other burritos with other types, but this is ridiculous. Not to mention they turned off all the lights to make it seem like they were closed. Who does this? Don’t like your job? Just quit. Man, i’m just not going back here.

This is the worst Taco Bell in Livingston. The food is ALWAYS freezing and stale. They never put any effort into making the order at all and the employees are rude and lazy. Items are always missing and if you complain, they act like you stole the food. There had to be a change in management or staff because this Taco Bell used to be great, now I avoid going here and prefer to travel 30 minutes out of the way just to get better quality food and better service.
