We are an intimate, fun cafe serving breakfast and lunch daily. During the winter season, December through April we are open for Friday evening dinners. Our menu consists of freshly prepared breakfast and lunch fare with daily specials prepared by our Culinary Institute graduates.

I can’t even say enough nice things about this little hidden gem of a cafe! The customer service was outstanding. The Teamwork Makes the Dream work and this place has it 100%. The Omelette was amazing! The staff were so helpful and friendly. Great to meet the owner as well.

Such a bright, pleasant atmosphere and consistently good food! Staff is efficient and friendly. Great choice for breakfast or lunch! Hubby had the corned beef hash with poached eggs and fruit. Eggs were perfectly done – they ask how you’d like them cooked – and the hash was homemade and delish! I ordered a Rachel sandwich, which was delicious as well. Fruit was fresh and flavorful.

Super cute little cafe! We went around 1pm on a Tuesday and there were a few tables when we arrived but we had no wait. We had a hotdog and a cheeseburger with fries and both were delicious. Would recommend!

Service was fine. Fast and frequent check-ins for coffee, water refills, etc. Food was awful, really not even servable – pancakes seemed out of a freezer, grits mixed in water with no seasoning, “huevos rancheros”was 2 tortillas, 1 with a glob of sour cream, another with a glob of guacamole, a glob of melted cheese and two eggs not even placed on the tortillas. $4.50 each for a cup of cruddy coffee. Really disappointing.

Really awesome spot! My family came in at 8 AM on a Monday and we had 8 people. Not an issue at all for them – great service and amazing breakfast items. Not a huge menu – but what they do – they do extremely well!

Hey this is a solid long established place on the key for a good breakfast -(they do lunch as well) consistent go food, friendly people. Not fancy but a reliable spot. Creative egg and omelet selections along with old school pancakes, if that’s how you roll.

I was pleasantly surprised when I tried their delicious coffee, and asked for their brand. And the waiter told me it’s COLOMBIAN COFFEE . I ordered my normal breakfast, and another advantage was that I was able to walk from my resort to there. The guys are perfectly fluent in English, but I noticed different accents from Latinoamérica

We were seeking a local restaurant for breakfast while staying at Zota Beach Resort. The Blue Dolphin is just a short drive in a small strip mall. They have a varied menu. Their Breakfast Special of 2 Eggs with choice of bread and sides were very good. The eggs were done perfectly, potatoes were tasty and sausage paddy was good. Very nice casual eater.

This place is a must try for breakfast The omelettes are Texas size I finished mine completely the wife was only able to finish half of hers definitely recommend for breakfast . And make sure you substitute the toast for the homemade biscuit best biscuit I’ve ever had
