We made a quick stop here after the hiking, the food served fast and absolutely delicious! We love the noodles very much and papaya salad was absolutely the highlight, slightly disappointed to the curry duck, the sauce was very tasty but the duck was super dry and seems old. Other than that everything else was good

Great food, although sadly their definition of “Thai spicy” was in no way spice. I’m sure they’ll make it to order so this is just a warning for spice heads to self identify or be disappointed. Everything was fantastic otherwise

I recently went to pick up a to-go order from Faang and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I do want to start by recognizing the to-go server, who was extremely accommodating and attentive to my concerns. I’ve ordered steak to-go from here three times previously and each time it was overcooked, so when he kindly asked if it was okay to cut into the steak to confirm the temperature before handing it to me, I appreciated the extra effort and agreed.
Shortly after, the chef came into the dining room asking about the steak. When I explained that I had ordered medium rare but it was well done, he began yelling at the to-go server for cutting the steak — despite the fact that I had given permission. I stepped outside briefly and returned about five minutes later, only to find the chef still loudly reprimanding the server, which was uncomfortable to witness as a guest.
While waiting for my steak to be remade (about 20 more minutes), the to-go server attempted to ring me out at the POS near the bar, but we were interrupted by another staff member who spoke to him in a dismissive tone about using the register. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude, especially when he was simply trying to assist a waiting customer.
I ultimately left a $30 tip for the to-go server because he truly did his best to provide good service under difficult circumstances, though I was disappointed to learn tips are shared. Sadly, this visit — combined with prior issues — makes me feel the restaurant has gone downhill. I hope management addresses both food consistency and how staff are treated, because the to-go server demonstrated the kind of service that keeps guests coming back.

Waited 30 hole minutes. One iced down watered down tea. Not even green like pho restaurants. Pho is not variable with extra tendon type 2 collagen that u need for acid reflux. Not flexible menu. They were nice but ignore me for 30 minutes so I left 11/6/2025…. so I came next door and got Wings instead.. look atvreviews next door

We’ve been ordering from Faang Thai for over 5 years and have always enjoyed the food but something is going on with this place lately. They seem overwhelmed and understaffed. Last night I ordered takeout dinner (from their website, which is nice they finally have an online ordering option). I arrived about 20 minutes after I placed the order and was told the food would be ready in another 5 – 10 minutes. I ended up waiting 50 more minutes. All told, it took about an hour and ten minutes to prepare our two entrees. Pretty ridiculous. There were a couple apologies from staff but never an update on the delay. I counted two or three other people waiting quite a while for their takeout as well.
They also, for some weird reason, took away the chicken spring rolls which was the best item on their menu. But, I was told, they may be coming back soon… Fingers crossed they get their act together because it’s lacking right now.

We tried Thai food for vegetarian options nearby restaurants. Spicy fried rice was really good. Mango sticky Rice wasn’t expected as the best. Overall a good experience with few better options.
Must try vegetarian spicy fried rice.

7/25/24 – We started with a Faang Rita & a French Martini, both were delicious and really hot the spot after a long day.
For the appetizer we had the bacon wrapped scallops that are always amazing.
For dinner I had the aptly named Crabmeat and fried rice. There is so much Crabmeat. Delicious!! The wife had Rama Chicken that she always enjoys and for dessert we shared the Sticky Rice with Mango. Very good. As always the service is amazing.
10/14/23 – Food is still amazing and the service is great.
We started off with the grilled bacon wrapped scallops. They had a wood fired flavor and were amazing.
I had the Pho which was fabulous. The beef wasn’t chewy like a lot of others. The noodles were great. The fresh lime, bean sprouts, jalapeno and basil added just the right flavor.
The wife had the Rama Chicken which she enjoyed. She said it just the right amount of spice and wasn’t to much heat for her liking.
Service was great and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

We had carry out from here and we’re very happy with it! The Panang Curry was flavorful and perfectly spicy for this American mouth. The Satay was cooked perfectly and the peanut red sauce was spot on! I had only one bite of the Pad Thai because my mean wife wouldn’t share, but the bite I had was excellent as well (See, Hun? I told you I’d tell everyone!)

We have frequented this restaurant multiple times over the years. In fact we drive over 30 minutes for their food. NEVER again. There was a group of young people who were very loud and obnoxious. Those sitting around them couldn’t carry a conversation. We spoke with the server who proceeded to tell me that he was not going to say anything to them and that perhaps next time I should order carryout. He followed up With telling us not to come back. If you are looking for a place to eat that has a total disregard and rudeness and one that defends those that are impolite and obnoxious this is the place for you. We have received better customer service from Chick-fil-A. Perhaps this place could learn a thing or two from them. Never ever again.
