Excellent! From the host to the chef all where brilliant. Price quality wise you would say this is almost cheap. Because the flavors of the courses where incredible. The starter was an ravioli was one of the best I ever eat. Also for the main course my girlfriend had the fish and I had the duck. Both where delicious! Really worth a visit.

High quality dishes with generous quantity. I wanted to order everything on the menu! Too many good options/something for everybody. Supplemental cheese course was worth the additional fee— great variety of local cheeses to sample. Calvados soufflé an absolute necessity, as is Chocolate dessert. Everything was perfect. I had the pleasure of dining at *Le Dauphin*, and it was an exceptional experience! This new gem in France is led by an incredibly talented young female Dutch chef, whose creativity and passion for French cuisine truly stand out. Every dish was a perfect blend of tradition and innovation, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The ambiance is cozy yet sophisticated, making it the perfect spot for a memorable dining experience. I can’t recommend *Le Dauphin* enough—this is a must-visit!

Superb food, very elaborated, tasty and very well presented. Dishes are like a piece of art made with vegetables, mushrooms and other ingredients. Marvelous.

Delicious food but the service is seriously lacking. Not only did they not present any of the food they brought but they also couldn’t spare the time to explain us the menu since we did not speak French. This lead to an issue where the waiter failed to mention that some menu dishes were not available as part of the menu during weekends, which lead to a much more expensive lunch than we thought, in spite of specifically ordering the menu. Instead of fixing this the waitress simply said “it’s not my fault, my colleague messed up”. Well, if you’re going to present yourself as a michelin star restaurant you will be expected to provide a better service.
