If you plan on going to Starbucks and paying cash, do not try to pay with anything bigger than a $50 bill at this location. I am a regular customer at this location or at least I was… I prefer going to either one inside either of the Ingles now. Not just because of the siler Road locations lack of change, but also they just don’t always make their drinks taste the best at the siler Road location. But back to being a regular, literally everyday Starbucks customer… A couple days ago my girlfriend and I went through the drive-thru and each order a drink which was around $20 and I always tip, usually $3 each time I go there Unfortunately the smallest bill I had to pay with was a $50 bill. $50 isn’t a lot of money anymore…. Why would you not keep change there to cover that?? According to the baristas at the other Starbucks locations here in franklin, this is a common complaint from Starbucks customers when they switch from going to the standalone to one of the locations inside of the grocery store. It’s not only that they weren’t able to make change, the barista working the window, seem to have the attitude, that this was my fault and I should no better… God forbid someone still try to pay with cash. But besides the money, especially in a small town like this, with a customer that purchases drinks from there every single day, if not multiple times a day, is Starbucks is unable to make change, why not give me the drinks anyways and allow me to pay the next day when I inevitably come and order more drinks?? Because I guarantee with them both beans special order drinks, they were more than likely thrown in the trash. So they lost money by not having cash there to make change and then with the same transaction through the drinks in the garbage…. Make this make since

We had a little difficulty locating a stand-alone Starbucks since many in the area are inside Kroger’s. We wanted the full menu and we were not disappointed. This seemingly new Store was well stocked, had very friendly staff, including a very nice Manager and went out of their way to accommodate. If we lived in the area, this would be our go-to for coffee and breakfast. Great job!!

Nice new store, nestled between the Aldi and a Dentist (next to Chickfila). You may not see it from the main road but just turn in at the light like you’re going towards the Chickfila, and go a little further down the plaza.
Not huge but a good size for a Starbucks. Modern style with some varied seating areas. Very clean with nice natural light coming in from one side. Has a nice outdoor seating area along that side with umbrella tables. It feels a little bleak because it is completely surrounded by parking lot and pavement with no trees.

I ordered my usual caramel frappicino via the phone app so I simply walked in and it was waiting for me on the counter just onside the door. It was pretty quiet and not very busy. I look forward to coming in again.

After a shaky opening several months ago, this location has turned into my favorite spot. The service and friendliness has been top notch. I’m always greeted with kindness and enthusiasm which goes a long way anymore. There are others I wish I could name specifically to brag on but I haven’t caught their name, however, today, despite being extremely busy with holiday traffic, Chloe was exceptionally nice and the perfect person taking orders. Thanks for my coffee and making my day great.

Slowest Starbucks Drive-Thru in the Country!
This startbucks doesnt know the meaning of quick, 15-20 minute wait times in the drive thru. Pulled up this morning at 7:00am and did not leave the drive thru until after 7:15. Bring a snack as you’ll be waiting awhile while each order seems like it starts being prepped as people pull up. Got food after waiting the 15 minutes and it was cold. Whats the point of running 3-4 workers and have drive thru times like this?

Management needs to hire better staff and improve this issue themselves, its sad when it’s faster to go into one of the store locations then through a drive thru. This on top of receiving food that is cold because it sat our due to the incessant wait times. Do better management!

Love me some coffee, but… When I hit the drive through for a basic cup I never know what I’m going to get. The prices and product seem to be a surprise. I thought with a franchise chain it’d be the same as the kiosks in Ingles. But it is not. Top-dollar disappointed. Just paid almost $4 for a small drip brew with cream and sugar, and this tastes like it has fake sweeteners. I might as well drink what they sell at CFA.

I completely understand that today is absolutely hectic for the employees and was expecting this with anticipation of waiting. No problem there! First world problems and feel blessed to be able to have such luxuries afforded to me. My beef is with the employee that went off in the sweetest, kindest and most energetic older employee simply because he asked if my second drink was coming up because I had been waiting for over 10 minutes for my second drink to come up on the same order. It needs to be noted that both drinks were ordered at the same time and again 10 minutes had gone by. I have no problem waiting! It was the nastiness displayed to the kinder gentleman just enquiring. Show some respect to your elders! Especially to the generation that knows work ethic and morals!

Excellent service! Had to go next door to Aldi’s to get smaller bill since they didn’t have change after shift change, but the employee remembered my fiancé’s complicated ordered as soon as I came back in! Great job by the young lady!

Great location and great staff doing the best they can! My review is to the owner and franchise. You have no business opening a Starbucks, known for its quick service and great accessibility when you do not have the staff to support the workload required. Please bring in more well-trained staff and stay open more than a few hours a day before all of your local business has gone elsewhere because your customer service and reputation are completely gone!! Great job to the ladies that are working so hard to make this work for now!!
