Staff has improved a lot from the past. The problem with it here now is that it’s like Burger King, the company, forgot about this location. It’s the Burger King that time forgot. Outdated seating area, discoloration in the windows, huge cracks in the walls, missing shades and burnt out lights, and outdated beverage dispenser. This place needs a major face-lift.

My daughter and I were both sick soon after eating. Thankfully she put most of her burger in the trash can. My burger tasted funny, and I thought maybe that’s how that kind of veggie burger taste. This is how I felt the last time I had food poisoning, and unfortunately I can’t call out sick. I was very rudely handed my food.I will never go back to that Burger King again !

I pulled up at the drive thru today and waited a few minutes for service. Nearly 3 minutes passed and no one says anything. Therefore, I pulled up to the pick up window and observe one worker standing at the front as if she’s waiting for food to drop and be bagged, another associate walking past her going towards the back. They both look at me and no one comes to the window. After about a minute, the girl that went towards the back comes back to the window and asks if I had made an order and I responded that I didn’t because no one ever came into the mic. At this point, the girl at the front, waiting for food, picks up her headset and speaks. Then the girl at the window picks up her headset as she is talking to me and comes with the excuse that the girl was having problems with her headset. So I ask if I have to drive back around to place an order and she says yes. Ummm nevermind, I went to Wendy’s. Poor customer service skills SMH!!!

I stopped by Burger King on Palmetto St. In Florence SC this morning at 7:00 am. I was at the drive-in window for several minutes, then I drove around to the window, the person the inside of Burger King saw me and I saw. I waited there for a few minutes. While at the window, one of the male employees came up in their uniform, looked at me at the drive-thru window and no one still came to the window. I finally went back to the drive up and nothing. I went and park to go inside. When I pulled on the door it was locked. Then the lady on the inside of Burger King said “We’re Closed “.
There were no signs anywhere posted saying they were closed. Good problem solving skills should have told them to immediately respond to the customers verbally that they were closed.

So, order for curbside pickup from the parking lot, when my food was i went in side to pick it up and they said they did have my order! How about they have gotten these two burger kings in the same city with the exact address? One is east, and the other west. On top of this they told me that I had to call a number to get my $17.00 refunded when I called them. They told me they couldn’t refund my money! Wow!

My family comes here often. It’s in a convenient location from their home. We have always received great customer service. Our food orders are always hot and always correct. The employees are friendly and patient with us using the drive thru. Our Granny loves it. They are so patient with her taking time to understand the menu and order. We appreciate their service. It’s 5 stars from us!

Pulled up today to get breakfast. Both doors locked. The lady in the drive through said at 10:15am they were done serving breakfast and not taking lunch orders until 10:45am. Never have we heard of such a thing.

These fast food burger places in Florence SC have heavily declined lately. Went in burger King no one inside . I said well ill be in and out “wrong” no one never came to take my order not to mention after I walked out the drive thru was wrapped around the building . Went down the road to wendys by the flea market and guess what no luck there neither all there workers was standing outside smoking cigarettes. The door was locked and it’s 1:00 in the day “wow” I can’t make this stuff up yall oh yeah there drive thru was also wrapped around the building
