The manager was running the register when we ordered. We were feeding six. Very helpful. Employees worked hard to get orders out at peak time of day. Food was great.

Ordered through the drive-thru, and the wait wasn’t too long. I ordered a 4-piece combo and a mac & cheese bowl, but the food was really disappointing. I received only three tenders instead of four, and the fries that come with the combo were missing. The mac & cheese bowl was cold—not even lukewarm.
Overall, the quality was terrible. When customers pay for a meal, they expect it to be prepared correctly and served hot. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the issues until I was already all the way home.

My husband went into the lobby to order food to go, ordered 2 chicken wrap combos and ended up waiting over an hour. They were NOT short staffed nor busy. Tried to hand him only one of the orders and stated they “hooked him up” with a large fry for the wait in which he informed them that they did not include the second combo so they made the second one and told him they were not including the fries since they gifted him a large order of fries. Food was cold and was missing some of the ingredients. Last time we went to this location they charged us $48 for a $20 family bucket. Will never return. Could have went anywhere else in town and had our food much faster.

What’s not to like about KFC? Food is great of course and the people are always super friendly! If I had been leaving this review about a year ago, I’d probably give it three stars simply because they had so many potholes in their parking lot and drive-thru that I always feared my tires would puncture and damage my axle. But they’ve taken care of it so that’s awesome!

I went there tonight 1-23-25 around 9:10ish pm. Only one worker she was busy doing everything. Please give her a raise stayed patient as well of making sure we were getting good service and she was very nice.. take care of her upper management of KFC!

My family and I went here to eat today 3/3/25 and I am pregnant while the older lady was kind and nice the cook in the back was serving old chicken and we asked for everything thing fresh only the mashed potatoes where fresh my boyfriend is now sick after eating only two bites of the chicken sandwich he ordered and my son got mac n cheese and even that was old plus all over the front floors by the door was slippery…

Im not sure of the lady’s name but I sure hope she is the manager of this place, becase she kicks ass and is usually the only one running the show and she does an Awesome job!!! I’m a Dasher and I was here Saturday night during the ice storm on Dec ,14th. The drive- thru was super busy and she was busting butt getting all the orders out… give this lady with the glasses a raise she defintely deserves it!
