I ordered a #1 no onions with halfsies and a coke. I took one bite and noticed the onions were left on no biggie. I understand accidents happen but the food tasted not fresh and the halfsies tasted like they had been sitting in a warmer for awhile. The girl at the window wasn’t really that friendly. I hate complaining but I remember BK used to have the best flame broiled burgers and don’t know what happened. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Where do i even start. Every time I go into the store the workers see me but I have to actually say something to get service. I order online then pickup and the last 4x my order was incorrect. The last time I got the cinnamon rolls and they weren’t cooked. So I had to finish cooking them once I got home. They need a serious management overhaul but it has been like this for 15yrs or so

This is supposed to be the “New” Mushroom Swiss Melt….. Nothing melted, bread isn’t toasted, there are 2 small mushroom slices and almost no sauce at all and no grilled onions…. I will most definitely be sticking to the usual order from now on. Usually the food is much better… The service however is always good.

Very bad service we haven’t been to a burger king before and never will again we only went because our son loves Scooby Doo right now and since they have that kids meal toy we decided to go but they didn’t have the toy anymore. As well we placed a order to pick up at 7:25 we arrived right before 7:25 and we didn’t get our order till 7:50. Then our food was all cold mind you we live 4 min away from burger king. Just overall bad. Save your time and money!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Waited over 30 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches. Still didn’t get them so I wanted to cancel my order. I sat there for 15 minutes after I was told they were dropping fresh chicken. 30 minutes is not “fast food”. Close your store. It hasn’t been good food or service in years. Everyone in Stillwater knows it. I could have waited that 30 minutes in Taco Bells line and got my food in that time. And their line was to the road.

Went in just yesterday for the $7 meal deal and 1 other burger.
Waited about 25 mins to finally get our food, just to have something missing. Now my partner and I were in a rush to eat a meal after finally not having anything all day.
Partner drops me back off at work and heads home.
She heads back in to let them know they forgot something on the order. The manager tried to argue that the specialty Onion burger does not come with the $7 meal deal. Yes… we know, it was a separate thing. She ordered the chicken fries, bacon burger and normal fries. Finally she gets her burger and drops me off at work.
I open up to find a haphazardly thrown together burger that was a normal one. She later finds out that she didn’t chicken fries, but chicken nuggets that were mostly breaded.
This place for the last few years has always had some issue with getting orders right, they just keep getting worse.

The blonde older manager is loudly harassing her workers anytime people come in, backing one of them into a corner when another customer heard and commented. In cornering the employee she delayed several orders for half an hour by ignoring anything incoming, instead choosing to continue to loudly berate someone for using the restroom.
