Update #2 I refer back to my original opinion because I went in ordered a sub and at the checkout register I handed her a 20 and she looked at me like I was nuts and said “we don’t have change for that” keep in mind it’s like 3:30 or 4 in the afternoon so I asked her well how else can I buy my sandwich she said if I had a card which I did but I’m not putting a an 11 dollar purchase on my visa and have to pay interest on a sandwich and after her rude behavior over the ordeal I said well I’ll walk to Shell and get change and in shell the lady told me they had been over there begging for change instead of going to the bank, that’s not how a business should be ran so I’m done there. Original review: Dude acted pissed cuz he and the other guy where on their phones out side and he had to get off his to make our sandwiches and he literally just slapped the sandwiches together all the steak was on one side of my foot long and I asked for Italian bread and got home it was just white bread that was old and tough and when I asked to have it toasted he acted like that was such an inconvenience and when it came out the toaster it wasn’t close to being toasted and got home and the napkins was totally wadded up in the bag. Also he threw a fit about the coupons I brought. This was my first time in that location and will be my last. So I suggest anyone who reads this save your time and go elsewhere. Btw this happened Monday July 15th at about 3pm. I was going to let it go until the other day when I stopped to get gas and they was out on their phone and laughing and heard them say something and I could make out customer and they was laughing and I thought yep I’ma post my experience cause these 2 need fired ASAP!!!

Complete turn around from my last experience. Seems they got lined out and have proper help now..the young boy and girl that made my sandwich was absolutely awesome so I had to amend my previous review. Last 2 pictures are if my recent order. It was delicious

Loved this place when it first opened. Now, they rip you off on a sandwich. And if you complain they make it so nasty you wouldn’t even want to eat it. Imagine covering a sandwich with sauce type of pettiness. I’d rather take my business to chick fil a I spend 300 or 400 on fast food a week for my family and friends and employees you will never see another dime from us.

I recently visited and I must say it was a delightful experience. The staffs friendly service stood out, especially the manager, who tackled an issue I was having. Not only did they address my concern promptly, but they did it all with a warm smile! The stand out was definitely their exemplary service and positive attitude. It left a lasting impression. The visit made my day, I’ve never been in a restaurant so clean either! It still has that fresh subway vibe we all have come to love.

I placed an order online and accidentally ordered vegetables in my sub. I immediately called the store three times, and no one answered. When my kids came to pick up the order, they told the staff I didn’t want vegetables in my sub. They called me , telling me I should have told them that beforehand, and they hung up on me. I understand it was my fault, but the staff member who called me was very rude to me and did not handle the situation well.

Several times we have found ourselves at this location bc the one on water street is just pathetic anymore. This place never disappoints us. It’s clean. They don’t try to shut down early or make your sandwich in the back bc they want to take the ingredients off the table 2 hours before closing. I will never darken water street subways door again now that we have this one.

It sounds like you had a mixed experience at Subway. It’s disappointing when the service doesn’t meet expectations, especially when someone’s attitude affects your visit. It’s good to hear the male employee had a positive attitude, though! Hopefully, they take note of your feedback and make improvements on the customer service side. If you feel up to it, you could always share this feedback directly with the store or their management, so they know what to work on.

Today was my first and last time ordering from this location. I ordered a foot long sub sandwich and requested extra tomatoes. I was told that this is not allowed, by the young lady that stood by and watched the young man with the beard make my sandwich. The young man placed four small slices of tomatoes on my foot long sub, and very little of the other veggies I requested. This is bad customer service and bad business, especially considering the prices charged.

Extremely rude female working yesterday. The man was also rude. They do not know what the sandwiches are supposed to have on them if you say I want an outlaw with everything that comes on it..she screamed at me and said “what cheese” I said the one that is in the description as I said I want it just as it comes. Incredibly rude ppl and this is the second experience I’ve had there and there will not be a 3rd.

This store is always spotless and extremely clean. The staff are always very nice and treat you like family and make you feel special. The food is always fresh and very good. I highly recommend this restaurant.
