The service here is worst, they have the slowest staff. First, they mess up our order. They took nearly 20 minutes to make a coffee. Service staff has no professionalism.

An eatery/coffee place in the library is very convenient, especially when doing your publication research and writing those papers. I found the staff helpful. Apparently, too many students think the coffee is free. No free refills, guys. Pay for your coffee, folks. The staff will appreciate it, and the establishment will stay in this location.

I personally don’t get the hate from all these reviews. When I go there the food I get is probably one of the best parts of my day. The staff there aren’t super friendly, but they aren’t terrible either. More neutral in my opinion. The biggest problem is that if you go there any time after the morning, it will take a very, very long time to get your food.

The staff are either extremely nice or extremely rude. It’s usually extremely rude. One time I had to state my allergy at least five times and they still got my order wrong. Coffee is horrible as well, get coffee elsewhere, but it’s a decent sandwich compared to other campus spots.

Pretty awful experience. I made my order and after about 10 mins I realized that absolutely no one was making the drink I ordered and instead were just standing around. So I walked to the counter to ask if they were making my coffee and the cashier just nodded. After another 7 mins I finally get my coffee, and then they proceed to tell me they don’t have any straws to drink the cold brew shake I just ordered. Not sure why they didn’t mention that up top. So yeah I’m not going again lol

This place sucks! The wait for your food order takes over 40 mins plus they might forget your drink. When I order drink, every time it taste like dogwater. IDK what they do to the drinks/coffee but it is horrible. UMBC should take einstien away and burn it

I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, hold the buffalo sauce, hold the onions. What I received was a crispy chicken sandwich with onions and buffalo sauce without bacon. I asked the person at the counter to fix my order, and they refused. The service is terrible, and the food is never correct. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

I left a little early for class so i could try out the new bagel place on campus. After the 5 people in front of me ordered their stuff, I went up and ordered a plain, untoasted bagel with cream cheese for $2.75. 20 minutes later, with the workers taking their good time with everyone else, I had to leave bagelless so I could get to class on time. Buying my own bagels from now on. Don’t bother unless you’ve got a free afternoon to spare.

Never go here before class. You’ll end up being late. If you do go before, get a coffee. They make the coffee fast and take forever on the food. I waited 30 minutes for my food and had to leave without my food because of how long it was taking.
