I dont think I have been to a Taco Bell who is more stingy than this location. Bought some crunchy tacos and they barely had any beef in them. Terrible! They also took forever to give me a pre ordered meal that I ordered on the app.

I go to this place almost every day, and I always have to wait too long to be served because the workers simply don’t attend to you, nor do they ask if you want to order or if you’re there to pick up an order you placed for pickup. This has happened many times now; they should review their employees.

I rarely comment about fast food restaurants, but this exception is warranted.
OK, as far as the food goes, it’s Taco Bell. It’s exactly what you expect. It was just fine. The reason I’m commenting is for two reasons. 1. The service and the atmosphere.
Again, when someone goes to a fast food restaurant, it’s pretty much the same across the board, mediocre everything. But in this case, whoever was working last night was incredibly service oriented and really went out of the way to make us feel welcome in the restaurant as opposed to just another order number.
Aside from just being very friendly and nice, while we were ordering, one of the other employees brought a birthday cake in for one of the cooks. They sang Happy Birthday, so of course we joined in.
Jokingly, we asked how we could order a piece of cake and then laughed about it. Not more than 5 minutes after our food arrived, this same employee came out and gave me and my friend each a piece of birthday cake. It was totally unexpected, and as far as fast food goes, it was way above and beyond, and we really appreciated it.
Now, this Taco Bell is our favorite one to go to.
The next thing I wanted to comment on was the atmosphere. Wow! This is not your typical fast food restaurant with plastic chairs and Bland scenery. They must have had a professional decorator come in and make it closer to what I would refer to as an upper scale fast food restaurant. It’s very beautiful inside. We enjoyed having our meal there.
So many restaurants and their employees seem to have forgotten how valuable a happy customer can be. It doesn’t have to be cake, but just teaching the front line to be friendly can go a long way.

This one star is specifically for the new nachos they’re promoting at this particular Taco Bell. They put on the meat and nacho cheese sauce like their hourly comes out of it. I’m only saying this since they advertise 2x the protein but it was mainly nachos. Just get something else.

Worst taco bell experience I have ever had. I feel bad because there was basically 1 person working in the whole store. Never got my drinks I ordered. When I finally did I didn’t get any straws. They keep them behind the counter so I had to wait another 10 minutes or so. Management here seems horrible.
