Our meal did take quite a bit of time. We were in no hurry so it wasn’t too big of a deal but the manager realized it and without us even saying anything apologized and said she would take 10% off our bill for the wait.
Very pleased with the service and just simply that they were paying attention to the orders and realized they got backed up. Great service, good staff and good food. Worth a stop to try out their entrees!
I’m delighted to share my review of Fable: craft bar, wine saloon, and food, a charming riverside establishment located in the Tri-Cities area.
Atmosphere: Fable offers a delightful patio setting, perfect for soaking up the summer sun and enjoying the picturesque river views. The ambiance is lively and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing dining experience.
Service: The service at Fable truly deserves high praise. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The staff’s warm hospitality contributed significantly to our overall enjoyable visit.
Food: The menu at Fable boasts a diverse array of mouthwatering options. We started with the crispy and flavorful fried pickles, which were a delightful appetizer. The jalapeño bacon burger was a standout, perfectly cooked and bursting with bold flavors. The Caesar salad was fresh and well-prepared, complementing our meal perfectly. Additionally, we indulged in the fresh sockeye salmon fish and chips, which were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside – a true delight for seafood lovers.
Overall, Fable: craft bar, wine saloon, and food offered an exceptional dining experience. The outstanding service, delectable food, and charming riverside ambiance make it a must-visit destination for anyone in the Tri-Cities area seeking a memorable culinary adventure. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, Fable is definitely worth checking out this summer.
Also, we ordered a shareable. We got the Naan bread and hummus. All i can say is that it is NOT Naan bread. What we got was pizza crust cut into triangles. It tasted more like fried bread. The hummus was just ok, and the vegetables that I paid an extra 6 bucks for were a couple of pieces of carrots and bell peppers….(Imagine the side you would get with Buffalo wings)
The meal came out piping hot and looked appealing visually. Unfortunately the meal was not great. The gnocchi were like heavy balls of mush and extremely over seasoned. They just added a bunch of parm on top of the food, which made it way too savory and over seasoned. The tri-tip that came out was seasoned well but dry and overcooked. I got a replacement, and the meat was cooked a lot better but salty as hell.
The service was great, as the waitress was quick and came often. We got several refills of drinks.
