2/11/26… Went back a second time to get that $5 special that was so good, what a disappointment! The food was dry, cold, hard and overcooked, it tasted awful. Complaint was made and corporate contacted me but I was not compensated…sad!

Visited this dump 1/12/2026 @ 8:31pm. This establishment is deplorable, the doors should be closed immediately. We purchased an Extra Most Best Pepperoni pizza. The pizza was drenched in grease, literally. There was so much grease there was not enough bread to absorb the overflow, just disgusting. The cashier, Raylin’s, has no customer service skills what so ever, completely worthless. She took no accountability and clearly wasn’t interested in rectifying the situation. Never again. We should have known there would be an issue when the Hot & N ready pizza’s were openly displayed and were dried out! I wish I could rate them 0 stars. Horrible food, horrible service! Avoid this location!

I want to report an issue with a recent order I received from Little Caesars. I ordered Crazy Puffs, but when I got my food, the box was already open and part of the product looked like it had been eaten or was missing.
This is completely unacceptable since I paid for the full product and expected it to be fresh, sealed, and untouched. I would appreciate it if you could look into what happened and offer a replacement or compensation, as this was a very unpleasant experience.

They’ve never had very friendly employees at this location but the pizza at least used to be good. Now they have the worst quality pizza. I have to drive almost 30 min to the Phelan location if I want to get one that’s actually edible now.

I deliver food orders for Door Dash. All day/night I smell fried Cajun seafood, burgers n fries, chicken tenders, pizza, hot wings and Mexican food!
The other night I was starving, hadn’t eaten all day. It was bzy bzy so when I picked up the 20th delivery of the day at Little Caesar’s, I got a “hot n ready Pep” for me!
I think I ate only one slice on the way to the customer. It’s always better when it’s fresh!

Pizza is great when it comes to Little Caesars here at this location or even anywhere. But when I got wings wow the worst wings I’ve ever had. I did not finish them because they were just that bad and extremely small compared to other wings. They looked burnt and they taste mediocre so just don’t buy them, other than that everything else is good. Second Time around buying wings I learned not to buy them.

$8.49 for a hot and ready but the sign says $6.49. Even the extra most is only $7.49. I found out they are straight stealing. Making you pay for extra most bestest. And then he was trying to get cash from me not card we all know why. He wanted to pocket the money as soon as brought up calling the owner now the card machine works. This place is ridiculous. Don’t go! Then he didn’t want to refund my money back to me when they handed me an uncut pizza that still looked raw. Once again I mentioned calling the cops and next thing you know here is my refund. Here he is google. Watch out they stealing out here.
