I really enjoyed my food and their service. Torta was well seasoned and juicy yet a bit salty and oily. Burrito was also very good. I realize by working in the food service industry that there are places that over warm/cook their meat leaving it dry and herd. It ruins the experience. Not the case here. Jamaica water was also very good. Not too sweet or watered down. Great accomplishment to my food with the refreshing tart flavor. She gave us samples of their churro. I want to say it was an apple streusel. Only down side a bit oily. I hope can be fixed by requesting no oil on torta bread prior to warm up. I enjoyed my experience great flavors, service and attentiveness. Ill be back.

I definitely feel this is the best Mexican food on the planet and I’m not kidding and if anyone ever tells me that there’s better well I never had it because this food is absolutely amazing and the staff is always friendly❤ so I don’t care how far you have to drive I would definitely stop by and check this place out because it’s worth the drive!!!!!

The food wasn’t all that bad. I was expecting more being that they have awards everywhere but could be I went really late not sure have to try again. The portions aren’t that big the flavor was alright.

More authentic Mexican food than normal Midwest Mexican food. Got their chicken tamales (spicy and regular). Decently spicy for Midwest standards. Still not the greatest food qualify or flavors. Even the guacamole wasn’t too tasty. The horchata wasn’t too bad though.

Place is close to the house and with so many great reviews I had to try it out. I wanted to like this place but I just can’t. Got veggie tacos w/corn, tell me why they basically gave me corn and rice wrapped with tortillas (check it below). Swear to life the beans in the tacos were microscopic. On to the 2 burritos, swear to Allah it’s as if I asked for rice wrapped in flour tortillas, again the beans went AWOL. The salsa was mediocre at best. Little grill… ain’t cooking. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was weak.

Nice tacos and burritos, good guac, nice easy way to grab some casual Mexican food in the neighborhood. Would I drive miles to eat there? Nope. Not to write home about. But I have had same quality food at better located Mexican restaurants where I had to wait in line outside to be seated. So really, no complaints. Decent, lovely people, consistent food quality, and actually very good salsas.

Delicious!! Good sized portions, tasty, and quick. Owner is very warm and friendly. Had the steak burrito and spicy chicken tamale with their homemade “wake up” salsa, which had enough burn to wake up this guy who LOVES me some spice. Definitely coming back again.

Great Mexican food. I ordered some tacos with a side of yellow rice and they really hit the spot. While you wait for your food to cook, you can sit down with some complimentary chips to try out their 5 different tasty hot sauces. They range from atomic being the most mild (that is correct! but it’s just a name and really isn’t that spicy) To “wake up call” which is pretty spicy. They all have good flavor and don’t rely on just burning your tastebuds. Since it was my first visit I was offered samples of the specialty drinks as well. My favorite was the mango and strawberry lemonade mixed. I ended up buying it. Good job. I would definitely go back next time I have a taco craving. You have to try the chicken pastor and steak tacos. Delicious.

This place is the best place I have ate tacos at. The meat is amazing and seasoned to perfection. Everything is cooked to order. Love all the sauce choices and the chips are always fresh n delicious. You won’t be disappointed.
