Super delicious! Staffs are very helpful in responding to my request. The new matcha powder made the classic iced matcha latte less sweet than I usually had before so they gave me an extra small cup of 4 pumps of classic syrup for my drink ❤️ I don’t remember their names since I was in a rush but all three staffs work at this location from 5-6h should be given a raise

Every time I go there, I have to wait to order even a coffee ,if I order through the app most of the times they don’t respect the time they promise on the app. You have to always wait. 5, 10 minutes over the time they promise on the app.

First pumpkin pie latte of the season & first time sitting in a coffee shop since quarantine. Definitely made my weekend, that little bit of fall I was missing. I love this Starbucks on Touhy! They always get my order right, it’s so clean and peaceful in here AND the amazing barista Danica was so kind – she gave me my drink in a size up! Their customer service is amazing here and they work really hard because they’re on it! I love this location

Typical Starbucks. Very nice staff. Parking is terrible but they are building a new store on the next parcel of land. They just moved east. Cleaner and nicer building.

They don’t fill their hot drinks! I ordered this venti pumpkin spice latte and opened it since it was boiling hot to let it cool off, and this is how full it is. Haven’t taken a single sip yet.
