This particular Subway single handedly is rebuilding my trust in the Subway brand. It’s the best franchise in the area, they make the sandwiches well and the online deals always work here. Other Subways have been pretty bad around here but this one stands out. As long as they honor the online deals I will keep coming. The night crew is who I deal with.

Worst treatment I’ve ever received. I showed up and waited at least 15 minutes, only to be told my order didn’t exist. I even showed them the confirmation on my phone and proof that my card had already been charged. They still said they couldn’t do anything and told me to contact my bank. This used to be one of my favorite places, but the attitude of the staff was completely unacceptable.

Horrible customer service, on January 29 around 430pm-530pm I ordered a Subway with jalapenos, lettuce and chipotle sauce “only” order placed via drive thru. When I arrived to my office nearby to the restaurant location I noticed they missed the jalapenos and for some reason added red onions which I do not like at all. I call them around 30 minutes later when I discovered the mistake, because after picking up the order I went to work and a client was waiting for me. When they answered via phone call the employee stated that in order to get the correct subway I need to take the older one, even if it was bitten or old. I recorded the call; he was reluctant to provide his name. I understand some customers may want to commit fraud and get free food, but this was not my case I am pretty sure they can ask the cook what he input in the sandwich. So even though they committed the mistake now they also have a zero refund policy. I Will not recommend at all to visit this location. I gave the sandwich to my colleague anyway since I did not had any additional lunch time or breaks and my store closes until 9pm.

We ate here for lunch on July 4th on our way out of town. The restaurant was quiet and immaculately clean. Our orders were all prepared exactly as requested and everything was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were clean. Would definitely eat here again.

Love Subway. Always get the same thing. Always enjoy it. They did cut my sandwich hilariously. I guess they didn’t realize to cut it in 3 until after the first cut.

Absolutely disappointing experience. I went through the drive-thru and there was a simple miscommunication on my end about the sandwich I ordered. I completely understood that, and I was willing to give the incorrect sandwich back untouched. But instead of helping resolve the situation, the manager Maria and her employees were flat-out rude and dismissive. Rather than showing any level of basic customer service or understanding, Maria refused to remake the sandwich unless I paid full price for a second one, even though I was handing the original one right back. It wasn’t about the money..it was about how I was treated. The attitude from her and the rest of the staff was completely uncalled for and incredibly unprofessional. We all make mistakes, customers and workers alike, but treating someone with disrespect over something so minor is unacceptable. I called one of the executives Sunny and they said that they would make it right, but I never heard back. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

This location was by far the most cleanest and served the freshest vegetables compared to other locations in San Antonio. The staff was very friendly and we were greeted immediately as we entered the facility. Withbevery passing customer that dined inside, the restocked their supplies immediately. Great service, we’ll be returning for sure!
