Absolutely pathetic! Just look at it lol, pathetic. If the restaurant was still open I would demand a refund! I’ve been here multiple times this is absolutely ridiculously, $40 for this one of them was EXTRA CARNE ASADA ($6.25) more, EXTRA RICE, EXTRA CORN… absolutely horrendous I want compensation. Get off a long day of work and pay $40 for this abomination.

I spent $17 on a double steak bowl this evening. I took all of the steak out and weighed it, and it came to 4.5 OZ. A Chipotle double steak bowl is supposed to contain 8 OZ of steak (4 OZ per portion, cooked). This means I paid $17 for 56% of the steak that I should have received. I have consistently received these bird food portions from this location so just wanted to give a heads up to anyone wanting a full meal.

(2) don’t tip —never again. They get paid and they are not serving you! Guilt tipping stopped today
Ordered and paid online. Tipped $2 on one bowl (that’s 20%) . Order was supposed to be ready at 12:11. Arrived at 12:17 and still had to wait for them to make it. Took it home. Order wrong
So tomato salsa and barely any rice!! I had to dig to try and find a few grains.

I don’t typically write negative reviews, but unfortunately my recent experiences at this location have been consistently disappointing. The last three times I’ve visited, they’ve been out of the same basic items—ice, unsweetened tea, and other menu items.
Today around 4:45 PM, they were out of steak, hot salsa, fajita vegetables, and once again no ice. On top of that, most of the containers on the serving line were either empty or nearly empty.
I also asked multiple times for two chimichurri sauces, and didn’t realize until I got home (or check my receipt) that they were never included in the bag.
I’m not sure what’s going on with this store, but it really needs better inventory and quality control. As many other reviews mention, I avoid ordering online here unless it’s a quesadilla because portions and accuracy are unreliable.
I hope management takes note and gets things back on track because we enjoy some good Chipotle!

First timer. Order was simple. Ordered online for pick up inside. Waited well past my pickup time. Finnaly thry put an order on the alphabetical shelf. Looked in bag, seemed ok but no name on bah for orded. Tried yo get someones attention to verify order. No one else was waiting so now 10 mins past my pick up time I left with the bag. Got home and it was not my order. It was food that I can not eat. No sense taking it back cuz they would have to throw it away. I threw it out. Still hungry.

Fast and delicious despite being really busy. Every employee was super engaged and friendly, while still being fast. The checkout gal was amazingly fast, keeping the line going Andover friendly. Best Chipotle I’ve ever been to!

I didn’t order because the place was filthy when we walked in. I actually through the dining area the tables and floors were nasty as well as the ordering table. There were no customers. The only area that look decent was the drive thru area.

One star because I have to. On vacation here and everything in town apparently closes at 10pm except for Chipotle, which is open till 11pm on a Friday night. Myself, my daughter and her friend arrived to eye rolls and attitudes just before 10pm. Counter was filthy. Food was near empty on the line. The three bowls we ordered were so scarce they would have easily all fit into one. Full price and barely half a spoon full of chicken, no rice or beans. Shameful. Rude. Dirty. Would not visit this location again!
