Her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
We placed the order at 4:29 PM. After over an hour, the tracker still showed “Make.” I called the store multiple times, and she refused to answer my number. My friend finally called from a different phone at 6:03 PM, and only then did the employee pick up — again sounding irritated and short with her. She then informed my friend that no driver was available to deliver the order, something that should have been communicated much earlier.
During the call with my friend, the employee placed her on hold four separate times, often without warning. When my friend politely asked to check with me for a moment, the employee put her on hold — but only a few seconds later yelled, “HELLOOO?” in a very condescending tone.
When we finally spoke with the manager, he offered us a full refund, which we appreciated. However, he appeared dismissive of how his employee had behaved.
The timing, communication, and especially the employee’s attitude were unacceptable. Even if there was a misunderstanding, there was no reason for the level of disrespect, impatience, and poor communication we experienced. This needs to be addressed — customers deserve basic professionalism and courtesy.
