My food was good. I didn’t receive my ranch that I ordered which I understand as I used to be a general manager at dominos and I know things are busy at times but I opened my Alfredo and found the sides burnt with barely any sauce. Pizzas were good, hand tossed was covered in oil. Driver was really nice .

I placed an order through the Domino’s app and noticed the address had not been entered correctly. I called the store to get it corrected, but the employee who answered was extremely impatient. When I politely explained the address issue, she cut me off, saying, “OK, OK, I GET IT, WHAT’S THE ADDRESS?” When I tried giving my name for reference, she snapped, “I ALREADY KNOW YOUR NAME, WHAT’S THE ADDRESS?”

Her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.

We placed the order at 4:29 PM. After over an hour, the tracker still showed “Make.” I called the store multiple times, and she refused to answer my number. My friend finally called from a different phone at 6:03 PM, and only then did the employee pick up — again sounding irritated and short with her. She then informed my friend that no driver was available to deliver the order, something that should have been communicated much earlier.

During the call with my friend, the employee placed her on hold four separate times, often without warning. When my friend politely asked to check with me for a moment, the employee put her on hold — but only a few seconds later yelled, “HELLOOO?” in a very condescending tone.

When we finally spoke with the manager, he offered us a full refund, which we appreciated. However, he appeared dismissive of how his employee had behaved.

The timing, communication, and especially the employee’s attitude were unacceptable. Even if there was a misunderstanding, there was no reason for the level of disrespect, impatience, and poor communication we experienced. This needs to be addressed — customers deserve basic professionalism and courtesy.

Worked yelled at us when we called to adjust order. Yelled again when we called back when order was extremely late. Then cancelled the order because they didn’t have drivers to deliver the food. I’m here in uniform and a worker, darkskin with dreads refuse to take my order. So I was standing here for 3-5 minutes just standing because he refused to do his job so someone else had to come take my order. I don’t even want him to touch my food. That man is rude and needs to be fired. It’s the location closest to the base Fort Lee, Virginia.

Gotta give a Major shoutout to this location! Their customer service has gone from frustrating to fantastic. It’s now a genuinely great experience picking up my order. Big thumbs up for the positive change! My last two experiences have been more than great, even when my order was incorrect they went above and beyond to fix it!
