One of the girls that works here, I’ve come in several times and her hair is all over the place. What’s the point in putting it in a ponytail if you’re gonna leave the entire front flowing and going all over the ice cream?.. Health Code and a rule I know this store has but I guess isn’t implying.

It was great and the people were lovely!….the wait on the other hand was not. I have eyes and can see overworked people. They looked tired and helpless running around trying to keep up. Management should give them another person to help out and more space, they looked to crammed on one table! No hate to the workers, just the management

Love the ice cream ..but the costumer service horrible. Almost everyone has hair in their faces, and no one has a hat on to keep it out of the way! The second I got my ice cream there was black long hair sticking out. I asked for another one but she didn’t seem to be happy about it.The lack of care is extremely concerning.

I ordered my ice cream and when I discovered they missed one of the ingredients, they just shrugged their shoulders like “what do you want us to do about it?”. Also, the ice cream itself had a kind of “stretch” to it when I spooned a bite, meaning it was old icecream that had been frozen too long. Worst experience at Coldstone I’ve ever had. Gold standard icecream my patootie! Should have gone to Baskin Robins down the road.

Whoever worked last night Saturday September 27th at 10:30pm made my ice cream PERFECTLY. Whoever worked tonight sunday September 28th at around 8pm did NOT understand the assignment and ripped me off. I paid for 3x extra red velvet and there’s hardly any cake. The best ice cream place in town. They have many different flavors to pick from, then you choose your add-ons and they might it together right in front of you. This way they have exponentially many more combinations than a note a mere “31” flavors. You can definitely find something to hit the spot!
