This was my 2nd, maybe 3rd, time coming here. The food is always good, but I particularly like the customer service. It’s really top-notch. There was a guy there this time working the dining area named Matt. He was really cool and made me feel welcomed. I appreciated that. I didn’t get the cashier’s name, but she was great too.

Best brisket I’ve ever had. Mission BBQ nailed it — smoky, tender, and full of flavor. The slaw and greens hit perfectly on the side. 10/10, highly recommend.

Wow—hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. We were warmly welcomed and greeted as soon as we walked in and again when we were leaving. The staff were incredibly kind and genuine, and the whole team worked seamlessly together.
This was my first time here, and I was especially impressed by their tradition of honoring veterans—every employee was extremely respectful taking a purposeful pause. The food was great and came out quickly. The restaurant was very clean, with employees continuously cleaning throughout our visit. They even served samples twice to customers who were seated. Multiple staff checked in on us throughout our visit- again so friendly. Overall, an outstanding experience!

Never really had a bad experience at this location. The food is consistently good and always served with a smile by a personable, friendly staff.
The only issue today was that the steak was a little tough, and the turkey—which usually melts in your mouth—was a bit dry this time.
That said, the cheesy potatoes were absolutely amazing, and the baked beans with brisket were outstanding. Yummo!

It was my daughter & I first time visiting & we enjoyed the delicious BBQ . Customer service was friendly. The atmosphere was vibing & very clean. The only thing that I can say is that the cornbread was dry. But other than that. We will definitely be back

When you walk through the doors you receive a big welcome and the smell of delicious BBQ makes you want to order everything on the menu. Excellent food! Excellent customer service – manager does their rounds to check in on guests. A patriotic and proud atmosphere. I really enjoy seeing all of our service, men and women recognized. Great food, great mission.
