This little gem is hidden in a food court by Supercuts. My husband and I tried it and were not disappointed! We loved it! It’s a little pricey, but we each got 2 meals out of our 1 meal each.

Nothing fancy but if you hungry, wanna plate lunch and gotta family to feed on a budget this is the place. Great value and great food. Chicken katzu, curry or cutlet are my faves. Kids love the noodles, the fried rice is pretty good too. We usually grab and go. Lincoln park is just down the street and nicer to eat at.

Located downtown Hilo, has its own parking, but you can also easily find street parking around there.
It was fairly busy while we were there and a lot of locals come to grab lunch.
The lady working at the register was super nice and pleasant to talk to. We ordered a chick katsu bowl and a seafood platter combo, the food was ready quickly and tasted good as expected.
You can sit and eat at the tables there or take the food to go. There are no bathrooms for customers though.
There menu is so busy with so many options so if you’re new it might take you a moment to figure out what to get.
There is premade options that you can select from or order something else from the menu.
This location has more options and better prices compared to the one at the mall near Walmart.

This is my second time at L&L, I got the garlic chicken plate again and let me say this is some of the best food I have ever had on the Big Island. Sweet staff, quick service. I WILL be back!!

If cannot handle rundown restaurants rubbish or sketchy exteriors than this place is not for you but the food is Killahz I mean the Chinese food is kinda shitty dry sometimes but other than that it’s Ono I would definitely recommend if you come to the Big Island

I HAVE BEEN TO SEVERAL L&L LOCATIONS!! This is not for the weak…store conditions..dirty and run down….food tasted old…tough….even the Mac salad….was questionable….NOPE!!!
