Loved the hot chocolate and tea here!
Owner was welcoming and friendly, such a great family business. The food portions were very large, enough for two meals! Highly recommend the appetizers.
2nd visit: crazzzyyy good! Highly recommend the “caldo de bagre” catfish soup – it has an amazing flavor, and not fishy at all.

Last night was our 2nd visit. Staff is very friendly and welcoming and helpful with any questions.
We decided to order most of the apps: Bolon (not pictured b/c we gobbled it up too fast), empanadas (both kinds), yuca, and mote pillo
No complaints from us! Even the coffee was wonderful.
This will be a regular visit for us.
I apologize for only getting the one page of the menu. It is 2 sided… Next visit I will update my review.

Great place to sit and eat. I got my food to go and it came quick. Food seemed priced a little high for what I got. I had to ask for a drink, I don’t think it came with the $25 meal but he gave me a 12oz can coke. Food taste great ribs were cooked raw red on the inside and a little tough. I call it a high end restaurant because they don’t have any specials. Salad was fresh.

The Chicken Panang Curry here is fire. Super flavorful, creamy, a little spicy — honestly one of the best I’ve had in Minneapolis. And the lemonade? So refreshing. Not too sweet, not too sour… just right. Hit the spot after a long day. Definitely coming back

Restaurant was bright and welcoming, and the food and service were amazing. I had a creamy mango drink, a cheese empanada, and a super-flavorful rich seafood stew with shrimp and whitefish that was served with plantain chips. Comfort food at its finest. Everything was excellent, and my server was super helpful in making recommendations. Could not have had a better experience and will definitely be back. So glad to have a great new restaurant option in the neighborhood.

Absolutely wonderful experience. From the polite and patience staff (I am hearing impaired and they were so kind in helping me understand) the food is exciting, flavorful and filling. Worth every cent I paid. The space is open and calm. From the Soccer (futball) game on the large screen, to the photos and the digital fireplaces on the smaller screens (one with a sleeping kitty) the place is inviting, peaceful and comfortable. A must try. They found me the perfect dinner to introduce me to their menu and I look forward to working my way around their options. Their bottled soda selection is simple but perfect to match their meals. Support this local business as much as you can. The food was so good I had to stop and post this review to keep me from devouring every bite so quickly. Thank you so much.

I’ve enjoyed every dish I’ve tried here! Everything is cooked to perfection and so pretty too. The Chulafan was so beautiful and tasty. My current favorite is the Chicken Panang Curry. It has great flavors and is so comforting in the winter. Nice open space, lots of seating. The service here is very fast and super friendly too. I am so glad it’s part of the neighborhood. Please give this business some love and support! Recommended. 5 stars!!

Wanted to try this new place since it’s close by. Big open area. Atmosphere was ok but decor felt lacking. The tiles are slippery if your shoes are wet. For drinks I ordered a mango smoothie which was very good but was Luke warm. Is that normal? I was told they don’t have Diet Coke but later I was paying, I saw they had Diet Coke in their fridge…Waitress did not know some of the items on the menu and had to go ask in the back. Wait times felt long. We ordered Bolon de verde eggs. (It was ok but was cold). Chicken nuggets & fries for the kids. (Good fries). My wife ordered the Churrasco and I had the Grilled beef short ribs. The Churrasco was good but the short ribs were tough and a little chewy. Good portions but price felt high. Overall it was an ok experience. I don’t think I’ve had Ecuadorian food before so i would like to try it again.
