I ordered two a-la-carte chicken tinga tacos (no spicy salsa) and received some great tasting, photo worthy food! It was $5 per taco so around $11 total with tax. The 2 tacos were plenty for me and left me sufficiently full. Service was fast and we got to support a local business. Very convenient location and he had tables to sit down at. Would come back.

This food truck is a hidden gem! The food is absolutely incredible. The service is always super friendly. And the portions are massive, so you definitely get your money’s worth! I get 2 meals out of one burrito. Thankfully their truck in Woodinville is right by my work and i’ve been stopping here to get their burritos for a while now and they have always been consistently amazing. Their burritos have a cheese crust on the inside that makes the burrito so flavorful and gives that extra texture that really sets it apart. I have tried so many burritos but their wet chicken tinga is the best i’ve ever had. Definitely give them a try!!

This little truck has THE BEST mexican food in Woodinville hands down. You wont find a better quesadilla, and everything else ive tried has been delicious too. The owner is super nice and gave me a taco to try on the house. I dont understand how there are any one star reviews, I think it’s a bot.

I was looking for a quick lunch option in Woodinville, turned into Taco Bell when I spotted panaches food truck. That was an easy choice I headed straight to the food truck. I ordered the panaches burrito with el pastor. Opened the container and was impressed. Instagram worthy burrito with both verde and rojo sauce. Sour cream over the top. Looked amazing. First bite in I knew I made a great choice. Nice spices and the tender meat and pineapple. Black beans and rice. All amazing. I will unfortunately be eating there regularly.
