the food is alright if you can get it. I’ve successfully gotten breakfast here before but today I walked over at exactly 9:00am and both doors were locked despite the sign saying open at 7 and cars were in the lot. if they’re struggling this much, should I be worried about something like food safety if they find someone willing to take that shift? realistically, they should just stop offering breakfast if they can’t provide it. McDonalds is right there. people will survive.

Opens at 7am means opens at 7:30am… maybe. Today has been my third visit to attempt to get breakfast. I would assume the staff would arrive earlier than 7 to be ready to open, but my online order was overlooked until I drove up to the window after shouting into the speaker for 5 minutes. Only then did the staff see my order and took another 15 minutes to get my order. When I did get my food, it was tossed together haphazardly and was also slightly burnt. Don’t think I’ll be back for a fourth visit.

Since this location opened up I have been served twice out of the 7 times I’ve been to this particular location. This is for night shift workers or just for anyone trying to grab a bite to eat at night. Anywhere from 9 pm and beyond you’re taking a 50/50 chance if someone would greet you or ignore you. If the lights are off and you see cars don’t waste your time, they might tell you the wifi is out so they cant take orders..or that they are only taking door dash so they cant accept cards or cash. That’s just a couple examples out of the few different excuses I’ve gotten but yea good look for the night shift.

They wouldn’t serve my fiance and I because we are truckers and can’t drive our truck through the dt. They were rude and kicked us out even though we were completely cordial, I’ve never had a bad experience at a Taco Bell like this before. Very disappointing.

Went at 10pm the guy working the window was super nice. After we paid our food was immediately ready. Everything was correct and still warm when we got home!

they are a new building and everything so I expect varying quality but the difference is literally night and day. day shift is good. I go in if I have the time before I get to work. they will take your order or you can use the touch screen kiosk. they will focus on the drive through but they try to get the inside orders done quickly. day shift 4 star service. night shift… as I’m typing this, I’m sitting in the loves parking lot watching the line grow at the drive thru. it’s 11:30pm and nobody is operating the drive thru letting people know it’s closed. I went there at 11:10 and they told me they were closed for the night and they were waiting on their trucks to come in. this happens often. once they said I was the last customer of the night at midnight. something needs to be done about keeping the place open past 11. the only reason I gave the food a 4 star is that occasionally I get bad rice or steak. when I get a steak burrito something is very crunchy. like uncooked rice or overcooked dried steak.

DO NOT COME HERE!! Night shift is extremely slow! If you are looking for fast food, I don’t recommend coming here. Only car in the drive thru at 8:30pm took well over 30 minutes to received a messed up food order. We were missing an entire entree when we only ordered a total of 3 items. A complete mess.

I recently visited this Taco Bell location and noticed that the restaurant was being run by only three employees, with no GM or manager on-site to help them. They were clearly overwhelmed trying to keep up with everything on their own.

The food itself was decent—I ordered a Grilled Cheese Burrito and a Cantina Crispy Taco, both came out warm and fresh, though the presentation was a little messy.

However, the back area was not in the best condition—there were items and packaging scattered on the floor, which is a concern for both cleanliness and safety.

I don’t fault the workers because they were doing their best under difficult circumstances, but this location would benefit greatly from stronger management presence and support. With a GM or manager available to guide the team, service and cleanliness could improve a lot.

⭐ Service: 4/5 (employees working hard with what they had)

Overall, the staff deserve credit for holding it together, but the store definitely needs more support and management oversight.

Had a few items missed, and had to come back for one later. Staff was super awesome about it even with me showing up later for one I missed that was missed earlier in the order. They’re always great here in general but really accommodating about the mix up this time.

Worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. I’ve come here 2 times both times I had to go back and get part of the order, they never ask of you want any hot sauce and the food is absolutely horrible. 2 times is enough for me. I wont waste anymore money here.
