My husband took me here instead of going to the same old restaurants. Honestly, I loved this place. Its a small restaurant but the attention from staff, the freshness of the food, and the room between tables is spot on. There are booths and tables. You can fit strollers next to tables and booths. We did the all you can eat sushi at lunch time. We did 3 rounds and it was phenomenal. I wish I had a bigger stomach to eat more. Highly recommended!

I’ve been to a lot of AYCE sushi spots. I like places that have a variety of menu items, reasonable affordability, great customer service, pleasant atmosphere and of course great food. I decided to try Bistro Dragon. I must say that the restaurant itself was very quaint for a strip mall restaurant. The menu that I previewed before going seemed promising. We were seated by the hostess without the AYCE menu, but when asked were provided with it. We ordered some simple appetizers; Miso soup, seaweed salad which were very good. They provide a couple of different dining options $28.99 for AYCE food only, or $38.99 for food and drinks, which included beer, sake, a few other drink options. Let’s get down to the sushi itself. The sushi menu had quite a few different options as well as sashimi. I order some Nigiri items and a few rolls. I’m going to keep it the Nigiri had way too much rice proportional to the fish. I mean it was like AYCE rice as opposed to AYCE sushi. The rolls were good, but because of the amount of rice with the nigiri my pallet was overwhelmed. Overall 3.7 out of 5.

Tonight, 11/6/25, I dined in at Bistro Dragon. I am no stranger to an AYCE sushi place, but I’ve definitely been burned in the past (I’m looking at you quarter strip of salmon on rice nigiri places). I had obviously done my due diligence beforehand, and the reviews were all raving about the in person service and dining experience. Bistro Dragon was the obvious choice.
I braved the hour drive out of the city and came to a somewhat busy restaurant. I was greeted and seated by a very kind older gentleman. He explained the rules of the AYCE eat to me and I began filling out my page.
For my first round I did the salmon nigiri, salmon sashimi, fried calamari, and crab rangoon. Without a doubt these were all 10/10. The salmon is fresh and thick, well portioned compared to the rice in the nigiri. The sashimi is also thick, always a green flag to watch out for at AYCE places. The fried calamari was notably very delicious, perfectly crispy in a pool of this yummy brown (soy based?) sauce. I promptly had to order a second round of the calamari, alongside the mermaid and aki rolls.
As you can surmise, I have an intense preference for salmon, so the rolls I picked out were more than perfect. The server told me that his favorite was the Aki roll, and boy was he right about how good it was. It’s basically a lightly fried salmon with tempura topped with a mix of other fish. Genuinely top 10 rolls I’ve ever tried.
This is a must try spot, because not only do they have the sushi fare they also have chinese food on their AYCE. I’m definitely going to make sure to come back with an emptier stomach next time so I can try the Mongolian beef and general tso’s chicken.

First of all the food here was excellent. Everything is so fresh and the surprise star of the show for me was the pot stickers. They make them from scratch and you can absolutely tell the quality is there! The staff is lovely and Kent was such a pleasure to talk with. We will definitely be repeat customers!

All you can eat w drink for under 40. Please note sashimi can only be ordered once. Not each time. Plenty of selection on the main rolls, special rolls and appetizers to still try a bunch thru dinner. Hot sake was delicous .

Great Quality for an Affordable Price!!! My Husband and I tried Bistro Dragon for the first time and had really high quality sushi/food. We loved everything we ordered, especially the alligator rolls, my new favorite item. Kent was very attentive and funny. We will definitely recommend to our family and friends!

We ordered the vegetable spring roll, sushi for two, and egg drop soup.
The sushi for two entrée comes with either a salad or soup of the day. You can choose two basic roles and then you get 14 pieces of Nigiri. Very delicious and very fresh. And the price is amazing.

When I first read this restaurants review, I was expecting one of those super large stadium sized buffets. That is not the case here. Each plate is carefully handcrafted made from fresh ingredients. This is not your usual all you can eat experience.

2/20/26 We continue to really enjoy this place and the staff. Really good salads, house and cucumber. Great walnut shrimp and spinach rangoons. And, the miso soup is absolutely the best!!
2/6/26 We have been here a few times now and it is our definite go to place for sushi. The staff knows us now to the point of what and when we are going to order it. We can’t get over how much better their miso soup is than all the other places! They know that we have it last for our dessert. We really enjoy the ayce including drinks.
