I ordered a delivery with Doordash and was surprised when my homewrecker bowl showed up looking pretty pitiful. The bowl was hardly half full. I paid $16+ for a steak bowl and this is all I got?
Not I know shrinkflation is a thing but come on… It’s rice and beans. You can afford to fill the bowl for $16. A pinch of lettuce…
It’s sad I was giving Moe’s one more try but they dropped the ball.
Ps. Moe’s, commenting that you value feedback on complaints and doing nothing about it. Means nothing.

We ordered food online for lunch, which is something I really don’t do much. This is my first time eating from this restaurant chain. I ordered the rice/ chicken bowl with a lot of different vegetables. A nice mix. But there was no chicken in the bowl. I called the store and they offer to remake or issue a refund. I’m not sure if you know how it feels when everyone order is correct and they eating and you looking hungry lol… I did feel some way. P.M.A. ( Positive, Mental, Attitude). I didn’t want a refund so I took the uneaten food to the restaurant after work. No big deal all of our time is valuable. They remade the food which looks better than the delivery food. The online order was less compared to just going to the restaurant. The food was good but I also was hungry. The staff was friendly, polite.

I’ve gotten 2 catering orders from here for around 250 people each time. 1 time it was delivered and they forgot SO MUCH FOOD. So I give them another try over a year later, I decide to pickup to make it easier.
It was not. Their AC was out. They had like 5-6 employees working, but only 1 was actually cutting food and working. Everyone else was literally either just standing around, or sitting on their phones. I got there 15 mins before my pickup order, and left 30mins after I was supposed to pickup. They had the cold items just out on the tables in the hot store. No one offered to help bring food to the truck, they didn’t bag the food properly. It was a terrible interaction. We will NEVER BUY FOOD FROM THEM AGAIN. Juan’s is in the same shopping center, do yourself the favor and just go there instead.

Upon walking in it had odd odor not the smell of clean. This was our first time visiting this location. But looking at the shopping center you would think it’s ok but No.

I normally love Moe’s; this shopping center is a bit upscale and to find the lowest operation of Moe’s I’ve ever seen there was very surprising. This was the first bad experience I’ve ever had a Moe’s.

For some reason, there’s always an additional 10-20 minute wait to pick up a mobile order placed hours in advance…. Some of the employees seem like they’re putting in the effort, but this location overall struggles to meet the expectations that accompanies visiting Moe’s. The dining area is usually dirty, and the salsa bar almost always needs to be cleaned / restocked.
The quality of the food is hit or miss. Some visits, absolute perfection. Others, a complete waste of $20. Portion sizes fluctuate. Lately, there’s been a lack of protein, with my steak bowl resembling more of a salad with rice than anything.

I ordered a home wrecker bowl with chicken, seasoned rice and other condiments and when I finally got home to eat it, there was no rice, the beans juice wasn’t drained and the girl at the front had an attitude and pretty much tossed the bag to me. I’ve never had a problem with their food but whoever was working tonight absolutely ruined a meal I was looking forward to

Going down hill fast. We’ve been eating at this Moe’s, since they opened. 2 weeks ago, it wasn’t the norm, just thought it was a bad night, the team used to care. Today, seriously bad, gave just a handful of chips, with what was supposed to be a Home Wrecker Bowl in the already down sized container, 1/2 the size! It didn’t taste right, probably because they didn’t make it how they normally do. I should have just walked out, when I saw her attitude. Called and talked Manager Izzy, she pretty much didn’t care, didn’t offer to make it right, just said, I’ll talk to them later, sorry. Yeah so am I.

Not the best Moe’s unless you like crunchy old rice and bad service with an attitude. We didn’t eat much, i was afraid I’d break a tooth on the rice. Worker doesn’t know how to fold burritos so it was basically a bowl. Meat was old and dried out, too. Food took forever because most of the staff was standing around except one sitting near the drink station with her mop, making it difficult to get a drink or salsa. Dirty tables and the bathrooms desperately needed attention. Only edible thing of our $30 lunch for two was the chips and queso. Not recommended. We’ll stick to Chipotle.

I don’t know what it is about this location, but any time I’ve ordered anything online lately, I’m met with practically a handful of chips, and it gets smaller with each order.
Having worked at Moe’s, I don’t think there was a time we ever gave such a sad amount of chips to our customers, especially considering the price point of the meals & the whole “unlimited salsa bar.”
At least they put utensils in there this time, and didn’t substitute grilled peppers with cucumbers like what happened with my last order/ no one would notice
