Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. From that first Villa Pizza that opened in 1964, next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, to nearly 300 Villa Italian Kitchen restaurants later, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.

Poor customer service when the long blonde haired assistant manager is on duty. Went to the villa to get some food. When I walked up there was already a customer there that needed help. The assistant manager on duty walked away from the front with no words said walked out the back of the store and went outside and we had to wait for the associate to come back from the restroom to be served. Kevin and austin on the other hand are amazing workers they always have smiles and treat everyone with respect. But when you have one bad apple it spoils the bunch.

Okay pizza could of have been better. The garlic knots were over done with garlic and they were burnt. Service was horrible and my defense Should up keep with training with employee.
