Terry and Milton’s Ja’merican Cuisine is hands down one of my favorite spots on Hilton Head Island! Their oxtails and BBQ ribs are packed with flavor, and the curry chicken is always on point. The portions are generous, the service is friendly, and the food never disappoints. Whether I’m grabbing takeout or enjoying the outdoor seating, it’s always a great experience. If you love good food with bold flavors, you have to check them out!

Easiest five star I ever had to give. I own a restaurant and I am Jamaican so I came in with high expectations and they did not disappoint. We got curry goat, jerk bbq ribs, curry chicken, rice, Mac and cheese, fries and collard greens. WHEN I TELL YOU THAT THEY DID NOT MISS!!!!!! Every bite had us mhhm-ing and ahhhh-ing and omg-ing!!!!!! I wish I knew they were here before I wasted my money at the Tiki bar….. but now I know where to go to eat food. I highly recommend you stop by. They are family owned so you know the food is cooked with that southern love and trust me when I say, you will taste it. Beautiful family. This will be our spot from now on. Ms. Terry I hope your sales sky rocket and your customer base grows beyond measures. I wish I took photos but once I started eating I couldn’t stop.

Words can’t describe my experience here. The hospitality was top-notch, and the food was even better. We ordered half the menu because we couldn’t decide what to get! The oxtail was phenomenal, and the curry goat was delicious with a spice that beautifully lingers. The sides—rice and beans, mac and cheese, and greens—were all absolutely fantastic. The fried chicken is top-tier and easily some of the best I’ve ever had, while the jerk chicken was great and had a perfect little kick to it. Also, don’t sleep on the Jamaican soda. This is my new favorite spot, and I’m going back tomorrow!
