The atmosphere is electric with huge HD screens everywhere, so there’s not a bad seat in the house no matter what game you’re watching. Whether you’re coming for the food, the drinks, or the energy, this spot hits all the marks. Highly recommend!
The entrance had a sign saying that we could seat ourselves. The place was pretty packed but our server, Josh, greeted us very quickly. I was impressed by that given how busy they were.
We had 6 lemon pepper wings, the hangover burger with a side of tater tots, the steak bowl and the big cookie with ice cream.
The wings were tasty, and a nice size. The burger came on a soft bun, it was juicy and had a nice flavor with the egg, sauce and tots. We did think it would be an added touch if it had a little more grill/smoke flavor. The steak bowl was delicious with the steak, sauce and peppers on top of rice. They also cooked the egg the way I requested, which I really liked. The big cookie is just that, it’s big! Very gooey and the ice cream was perfect to eat with it. It could easily be shared with 3 or 4 people. I was also happy with the portion sizes of everything. The drinks we ordered were also very good.
There was a little issue with our order initially and it was solved quickly and to our liking. One of the owners even came over to speak with us to ensure everything was ok. That was a nice touch.
Josh was a great server, very friendly and gave great recommendations. We promised him we will become some of his regulars!
Do yourself a favor and give this place a try. You will love the space, all of the TVs, the really large tv on the back wall, and the huge bar.
Pros :
*Tons of big screen tvs including a big TV wall.
*Great service from Alexis, she was attentive and very personable. Lexy is great too
*delicious food & good happy hour pricing till 6pm
Cons:
*They say they won’t play Local sports audio like Nuggets games because Huskers fans get mad which is crazy. This is Denver. And the Huskers game isn’t even on.
*terrrrrrible parking lot, the lines are super tight and literally saw someone’s door get dinged on the way out
*food is much pricier than other close by sports bars ($20 for wings, nachos, etc) but the quality is definitely decent
*men’s bathroom opens right up to dining tables so anyone sitting at a table there is looking right in which is just a weird design flaw but nothing crazy
If they had some food happy hour options it would go a long way
Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the food. Our waitress, Claire, seemed visibly annoyed whenever we asked for anything. There were multiple instances of eye-rolling and dismissive body language, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We were polite and just asking for normal things, so it was disappointing.
I’d absolutely return for the food, but I hope management addresses the service issues. Good hospitality makes a big difference in the overall experience.
I was blown away at how the staff all worked together – despite it being opening weekend, thus most likely stressful. Every staff member that approached us approached with a smile! I can only image it felt like chaos behind the scenes but the entire staff handled themselves with poise and grace!
If the experience was that amazing first weekend open I can’t wait to visit once they truly settle in!
Ohhh and did I mention it is a Nebraska Huskers watch bar?!?!?! GO BIG RED!!!!
Great job Sportsbook Parker! So excited to become a frequent flyer there!
It’s much too bright and loud inside. The lights and TV volume need to be turned down. The big TV wall is nice but since there’s nothing but high top tables in front of it, people’s heads are in the way. Only the low tables should be over there instead.
