Fantastic gluten-free options. I have celiac and there are many gluten-free options. My Philly roll and cucumber roll were fabulous. My husband had a salmon appetizer and miso. He said both were great. We highly recommend and will be back!!

Consistently good sushi, Both the carpaccios are always good, toro sashimi was great, bluefin baby roll was great. Scalloped roll and Kaizen are favorites. Service was quick, friendly and attentive. My server Hope was great. The lemon ginger martini is very sweet and syrup flavored, not a lot of lemon flavor.

If we could give 10 Stars, we would. Chris and I hired the Sushi Shack truck to cater part of our wedding reception in McCall and it was such a highlight. Not only were our guests blown away by the quality of the sushi, the ability to order fresh from the truck and have some non-raw items (veggie rolls, etc.) on grazing trays was perfect. Thank you so much, Dylan & Team! Looking forward to our next Sushi Truck experience. 🙂

Tried the food truck at Ann Morrison. It took 30 minutes for one roll but it was honestly worth it . The sassy sis was the best roll I’ve ever had. No joke. It had so many fresh flavors with the lemon and cilantro and amazing texture, without being drowned in sauce. Will be visiting the restaurant. Sorry about the pic, that’s only half the roll.
