Ordered for pickup on 12/01/25. When I got there, I was forced to wait for the tall skinny black guy with glasses to finish conversing with the short white girl with brown hair working the pick up window at 4pm. She even made eye contact with me, but continued goofing off with him. When they finished, I showed her the info for my pick up order. She then told me they didn’t have any mobile order with my name, even though on my end it shows that it was paid, fulfilled, and ready for pick up. The location was also confirmed to be correct. She confirmed everything and still couldnt find anything I did wrong. Instead of just fulfilling my small bowl I ALREADY paid for and showed her proof, she proceeded to insinuate that I did some wrong on my end, and told me that I had to wait in line and order like normal. She offered no resolution or initiative and was very condescending. Her attitude was very unprofessional. I spent almost 20 mins in the restaurant for an order I placed almost an hour prior. Most of it spent being waiting for them. I really hope none of those two, especially the girl, aren’t managers. Talk about lack of urgency and initiative to solve problems. Never returning.

There was only one other customer besides me and 6 employees. The employees stayed in the back for 5 minutes without addressing the customers and finally came out and said that they were out of at least 4 ingredients, including hot salsa and rice. How do you run out of rice? Poor planning from Chipotle means I’ll never go back to that location. I’ve experienced this before and it’s super frustrating to wait in line to be told they can’t make you what you want. Additionally, the employees were not very sympathetic about it. Maybe because it happens so frequently, they’re used to it, but they need remedial training on how to provide adequate customer service. Apparently a lost skill.

Amazing experience at this Chipotle. I was greeted kindly by lineman Reese and he was very generous about his portions. I really enjoyed the way he looked at me. Checkout was awesome and I was happily greeted by a ginger manager (with tattoos).

The skinny black girl had a rude demeanor and didn’t bother speaking back to me at all. Very stuck up. Also she was extremely stingy with the food (even beans..like she didn’t wanna have to make more cause it was 8:15 pm) she literally gave me about 10 black beans and a small spoonful of pintos. I ordered double carne asada and she barely gave me enough for a regular order. Chipotle isn’t hardly worth it anymore with how they try to skimp on the portions to save $. And it ain’t even coming out the employees pockets I don’t get it. Do better yall. Or lower your prices.

This is every thing that we expect from chipotle and this location has a little different look and vibe. Food is like always surely great, with the quality and taste. But the quantity is less than usual, compared to other locations. That’s the only I hate about this location ! Don’t why this is different from other locations but surely the quantity is less than what usually offered! It’s very tidy and clean, and the patio here is nice for having a nice breezy lunch!

The most disgusting restaurant I’ve ever seen at 3pm on a Wednesday. There was an apron on the floor in the dining room who did they throw that at? The special drink containers were empty, as well as plastic utensils, and did i mention not another customer in sight. My order was late but no employee was helping the online Person they were just sitting around. This is so gross I didnt eat my food.

A typical Chipotle experience with a few notable points. The portion sizes were small, requiring additional requests for more scoops of ingredients. The chips portion was also smaller than usual, which was disappointing. Despite this, the food quality remained high. The chicken was well-cooked, avoiding the common pitfalls of being overly salty or overcooked. However, they ran out of vinaigrette before 4 PM, which added to the overall dissatisfaction.
