This place is great and never disappoints! The food is always on point and always is consistent with the taste and quality! The staff there are always delightful, especially Kelly. It is my favorite as well as my daughter’s place to go for sushi and ramen ! Every time we go we spend at least $100 there with food to take home as their portions are generous. The boba there is pretty tasty as well! The general manager Shah is always very nice and welcoming and the customer service is excellent!

I have came to this location a few times! Never had an issue until this particular time was not the best I ordered take out and when I made it home and plated my family food my California rolls fell apart and my fire cracker rolls shrimps was over cook. The fiber was dry. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with the manager instead of him understanding my issue he tells me to bring the food back after I have drove 35mins to the location. (Not happening) I suggested to him since I come there is it okay next time my meal is free of charge courtesy of the issue he said no I can refund you $30. Wait I just paid $78 and your refund is nowhere near half of my order. I then explain to him this is unacceptable and I can’t believe that was his best option for a consistent customer. So please check your food before leaving this restaurant hate for this to happen to you after you get home.with a hungry family that couldn’t enjoy their meal like the previous times.

I go to this place often which is why I’m honestly appalled by what i noticed. I normally don’t eat all of my food that same night , so i left it in the container overnight. When eating the next day this is what i found. If we could PLEASE try to be more mindful of things like this , EXTREMELY long and out of order to find while eating. Please be more aware!

Me and my husband, Vince have gone to this fantastic Japanese cuisine restaurant countless times since it opened a year or so ago.
Their food is bar-none the best Japanese food I’ve ever tasted in Red Oak, ever. We’ve lived here for 18 years. I highly recommend this awesome restaurant. Whether you choose to dine-in or takeout the front-end service is extraordinary regardless of who is your waiter or who takes your food order.
Our favorite dishes so far has been Yaki Soba noodles, Veggie tempura and fried rice with vegetables, chicken or beef. I’m going to try other cuisines due to the fact, I can’t miss at this restaurant. I felt compelled to sing praises about this hidden gem of a restaurant in our city.
We’ve been looking for a local Japanese restaurant since our favorite one in Waxahachie closed due to owner passing away several years ago.
My husband lived in Japan for many years and so he knows amazing cuisine when he has tasted it. Thank you all for coming to Red Oak‼️

We had been dieing to try this place for a while. Excited as we were, we were also not disappointed. The service was great, our waitress was so kind to us. We came in at opening time so we received quick service. We ordered Ramen, a couple appetizers and sushi rolls. The Food was so good I forgot to take pictures of everything! We will be back for sure!
