Was disappointed. Spent $45 and the chicken tenders were cold hard like they were cooked hours ago and small. The extra crispy chicken was small but real good, coleslaw and the seasoned fries also good. The wdges were cold no salt won’t get them again. Waited 30 to 40 minutes for my order. I miss my old KFC in nashua. Didn’t like no cashier only kiosk to place orders. Dining room could have used some love.

We waited at the counter for about 15 minutes with no help ended up going through the drive-thru for 25 minutes the lady at the front didn’t even shake up our drinks and when I got my famous bowl there’s only four pieces of chicken in it for $8 the drink proportions were off making it taste syrupy 0/10 do not recommend

Would give 0/10 if I could. The night crew on Monday, 11/17, including the supervisor/manager, was incredibly rude. I spent over 20 minutes in the drive-thru after paying, stuck there with a screaming toddler, and eventually had to call the store just to get someone to come to the window.
I asked for a refund, and instead of apologizing for the horrific service, the blonde female employee got an attitude and acted as though I had personally insulted her. The manager who came over wasn’t any better. From placing my order to finally getting a refund, I was in the drive-thru for about 40 minutes.
Instead of making our food, they prioritized DoorDash/Grubhub orders—we could actually see them doing so from the window. Yet they insisted the 20-minute delay was because they were “making fresh fries.” No one checked on us, and no one ever apologized.
Honestly, I should thank you—this terrible experience gave me the motivation I needed to start meal prepping. So thanks for being some of the worst Taco Bell employees I’ve ever encountered.

If you want your order to be made right, don’t go to this location. An item was completely missing from my order, I received something I didn’t order at all, plus the customization option for adding or removing things from a part of my meal was completely wrong, so I ended up paying more for something I didn’t even get on multiple occasions in one order. I would have understood the mistakes to an extend if this was during a lunch or dinner rush, but I was one of 4 people waiting on a meal. Extremely disappointed, would rate 0 stars if I could.

This location is sooooo slow! We tried to go through drive through two weeks ago at 7pm waited 30 min without the line moving and left. Again today, two cars ahead of us, took 20+ min for two nachos bell grande. The management here really needs to get it together.

Absolute worst location. Ordered online 30 minutes ahead because i have a short lunch. Show up when it should be ready, stand at counter for 5 minutes before someone comes over. They then start making my meal. Took 15 minutes to make a tender combo and sandwich. Guy had to ask 3 times what goes in the 3 ingredient sandwich. But i got a bonus ingredient, one of his long hairs in it. Hands me the bag, says youre all set. Open the bag and no sauces or utensils.

Decent taco bell for sure but the KFC here is closed due to staff shortages and everything is drive thru only. Everyone who is complaining about the drive thru doesn’t realize that there can be more than one person in the car. We came as a party of 7 in 2 cars and it took maybe 15 minutes to get all of our orders. Definitely not terrible. Took off 1 star because some of our order was wrong and took off another star because it wasn’t packed well and there was spillage in the bag. I know it’s tough to get everything right all the time and the overall experience was okay for taco bell.

Veryyyy slow. and as a person that works in customer service and in a drive thru i understand patience is key but i have wait for over 20 minutes MULTIPLE times. they aren’t professional at all. also don’t leave before checking your bag
