I’ve been there before and they always make you wait additional time too, this time bc their phone system was done i wasn’t able to ask for extra sauce. I asked when picking up but the cashier couldn’t be bothered to check and add sauce before I left, it was a bother when i asked for the store manager info and found out that was him, he then tried to say he didn’t check the order and for next time would i stopped him and have reached out to corporate and they have yet to reach out

Keep your money folks. Very disappointed in the overall atmosphere, attitude and lack of care from the employees. No one came to take my name or check for my food a good 5 mins. Then when they did, they told me it would be another 10 mins (after coming in 30 mins from when I submitted the order since they are usually behind I decided to try and save myself the wait) Food was drowning in oil and there was absolutely no seasoning when it was clearly labeled for it. One type of wing was piping hot and the others cold like they had been sitting for a while. The soda machine was out of syrup and when telling them they looked at me like it wasn’t their problem. Literally screw this place. They lie about the wait time and don’t cook the food in order. we’ve been here 40 Minutes. No way. Don’t waste your time with this place. There’s always going into the Food 4 Less and buying wings and making them yourself for quicker. Finally got the food and the fries are terrible and look incredibly old. Wings were mediocre:/ we got

So not happy, ordered some wings tonight and the first wing i pull apart was raw. Tough, hard to pull apart, with bloody views and pink meat. You can clearly tell the cooked from the raw in this picture… and unfortunately this one piece contaminated my whole order. Thats how you make people sick.
