I stayed in a hotel in Miami a few days ago and this flyer was given to me. I paid over $43 for a large pizza and 4 drinks. Without any exaggeration, this was the WORST pizza I have ever tasted. It tasted sour and disgusting, it was completely inedible. I called the place to see if it may be a fluke, and she replied that is how they always make their pizza and no one has ever said anything about it. After seeing the reviews, I see that’s a lie. I was supposed to receive a refund, that I also never received. Wish I could give 0 stars 🙂

Great experience overall.
The pizza was fresh and well made, and the place felt clean and welcoming. What really stood out was the service — Angela was amazing. She was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. Her attitude honestly felt like an angel, living up to her name.
I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for good pizza and friendly service.

Actual rating is ZERO stars. This place is overpriced and has terrible quality. The prices reflect that of a gourmet pizza place, but the quality is barf. The pizza we ordered was so thin that it was more like a tortilla than an actual pizza. The cheese had a weird taste, but because we were so hungry and knew for a fact that we would not get a refund, we downed it. First time eating from here and NEVER going back. What a rip off.

this is the worst pizza shop in MIAMI. and never order food from if you staying in Doubletree hotel as they recommend this restaurant(# for commission from the store for sure). the WORST SERVICE EVER. we order Fries with the order which never came and we called them for the missing item and they said will send the food but it never arrived. and Prices are too high end up paying 60 bucks + 5$ tip for just 1 Pizza.

I just came back from a cruise and checked into the Even hotel which is awesome! Staff was lovely. I ordered from. This restaurant and was severely disappointed. My 3 boys were hungry and this place got the entire order wrong. Customer service sucked and after a long trip this is what we got. I should’ve ordered from the Chinese restaurant. Don’t order here

ZERO STARS! We got a 14” cheese pizza, 8 wings, 2 (mini) cans of soda. $34 for worse than gas station food. I’m not exaggerating or just saying this; the pizza crust tasted and smelled like the dough was made with mop water This was the most garbage food I’ve ever eaten. The chicken wings tasted like prison food. I wouldn’t eat here if I was starving. Our hotel gave us a menu and we were so tired and hungry we trusted them but got the worst food in the city. Don’t make the same mistake.

The pizza was awful, the service was terrible. My wife and I spent the day traveling, got into the hotel late and decided we should order some food. I asked the person I called how long it would be, they said 45 minutes, seemed fair enough time frame so I went ahead and placed the order. About an hour and a half later I called to check on the delivery, it was nearly midnight by that point. I was assured the delivery driver was in the lobby, 30 minutes later the driver showed up, without change. I normally tip very well, but I was very unpleased with the service. Not to mention, ive had better pizza at chucky cheese.

We checked in the Hotel after the restaurant was closed. The Front desk Rep highly recommend we order from New York Pizzaa. Julianna took our order & I specified no olives & extra sauce. She said okay & needs to collect our credit card before delivery. Surprisingly our order was over $91 but it was our anniversary vacation & we were very hungry. Upon delivery I noticed olives on the Pizza. The delivery Guy said “he’s just the messenger”. We called Juliana back & she denied olives were on the pizza. I took a picture but she never provided a number for me to send them. She also said I didn’t specify extra sauce when I reminded her she even repeated the order back to us. After putting us on hold they determined they wouldn’t bring another order or refund any of our money’s.. Very unfair, unprofessional and disappointing.
