This place went downhill. They keep messing up my orders and barely give any meat. I do not know if this is happening at every Jersey Mike’s but this one is very stingy with meats. All I taste is bread.

My father and I have ordered here about 3 or 4 times. They consistently get the order wrong how difficult is it to make an Italian sub with no tomatoes and oil and vinegar on the side. They have even delivered subs to our house to make up for their mistakes and the new sandwich they deliver is wrong. And have given us free sandwiches that still are wrong. Well tonight we just ordered an Italian sub with no tomatoes oil and vinegar on the side and a cheesesteak with some jalapeños on it. The bread was old on the Italian sub and their was oil on the sandwich and lettuce and onions and the lettuce was old and soggy along with the onions. The cheesesteak was soaked in cheese that the bread was mushy and there were no jalapeños on it and it was ice cold. It’s not like it was sitting there long I live 5 mins away and left my house as soon as my father placed the order. But I guess that’s the quality your going to get when everyone that works looks like they just graduated highschool along with their manager.

The staff is friendly and the food is always good. BUT, the online order work flow doesn’t work! You get there early (before noon) and then stand there waiting while online orders are prepared. Honestly, it’s not such a big deal but annoying when you get there ahead of the lunch rush only to watch everybody in the building work on the online orders while you stand and watch. Again, this is a great place to get a sandwich but processing online orders instead of the order of the guy standing in front of you just doesn’t make any sense. Maybe I need to download the app to get the great service that once was…
